There were problems such as it taking too long to reach a negative pressure. In order to prevent air leakage from the dome periphery 2, methods such as wearing a jacket over the dome 20, attaching a rubber tube around the dome, or wrapping a wrap around the gap have been devised. However, these methods were unsatisfactory because they were not sufficiently effective in preventing leakage, and because the jacket and tube expanded and contracted, it took a long time to reach the necessary negative pressure.

The present invention secures airtightness by closing the gap around the dome in negative pressure artificial respiration using an armor-shaped dome, which has traditionally had problems with the airtightness of the dome, and also simplifies the dome installation. The purpose of this product is to provide air tight wear that can be used in a variety of ways.

That is, the present invention is a front-opening garment made of a material that does not allow air to pass through and is worn over an armor-shaped dome for artificial respiration. It has a hole for allowing the dome port to come out when they are closed together, and has closing means at the ends (joining parts) of the left and right front sections, and at least the collar, hem, and left and right ends. In air tight wear, each cuff has a fastening means to make each part adhere to the body, and has a pad or a pocket for storing the pad as a means to close the gap created around the dome on the inside of the front body. This air tight wear is characterized by:

理しても良い。 Since the main purpose of the air tight wear of the present invention is to prevent air leakage by blocking the gap between the dome periphery and the body surface, it is desirable that the material has low air permeability. In addition, if there is air between the clothing and the body surface, which is a so-called baggy condition, the air may not be able to escape during the intake period and it will not be effective, or the start of intake assistance will be delayed by that amount. . Therefore, it is desirable to use a material that fits the body and has some degree of elasticity. From the above, cotton made with about 10 to 15% polyurethane fiber,
A material such as nylon or polyester fabric is preferable, and it is more preferable to coat the surface with polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, etc. from the viewpoint of airtightness. In addition, knitted fabrics such as knitted fabrics cannot be used alone due to their high breathability, but if they are coated with polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, etc., or treated with a laminated structure, they can become stretchy and breathable. Can be used as a low-cost material. Furthermore, polyurethane nonwoven fabrics and the like can stretch in any direction and have good fitting properties. Therefore, this polyurethane nonwoven fabric may be coated or laminated with polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, etc. in the same manner as in the above case.

い。 As for the shape of the air tight wear, a front-opening type of clothing that is easy to wear and opens as far away from the dome as possible is recommended. The air tight wear of the present invention is worn over an armor-shaped dome, and an inlet/outlet (dome port) must be provided somewhere in the wear to allow air to enter and exit the dome. Generally, the port will protrude from the center of the dome, and when worn, it will protrude toward the front of the body. Therefore, if it is a front-opening garment, a hole will be made at the joining part of the left and right front sections, and the dome port will be exposed to the outside. Of course, this hole needs to be larger than the diameter that the dome port passes through, but if it is relatively far from the periphery of the dome, it is not necessary to make it air tight around this hole by making the area around the dome air tight. In some cases, the hole may be quite large.

It can be closed with a velvet type fastener consisting of an exposed engagement piece (tape) or a slide fastener such as a zipper.

However, if it is tightened too tightly, it will make you feel breathless and will actually reduce the therapeutic effect, so it is made of a high neck type, filled with cotton or sponge, etc., and is used as a velvet-type fastener, a slide fastener, or a zipper-type fastener that expands and contracts like jersey rubber. It is recommended to use an airtight band made of a certain material as the fastening means.

In addition, by attaching a pad made of an air-impermeable material to the position corresponding to the area around the dome on the inside of the front body of the garment, or by providing a pocket and inserting the pad during use, you can prevent the air from forming around the dome. It is also effective to close the gaps. This method is very effective when used on the chest area near the dome area, the lower abdomen, and areas from the side of the body to the back.
It is especially effective in the waist area of the flanks, where individual differences are large.

Later, if this fixing band is used, it is effective to bring the wear and the dome, and the dome and the body surface, into closer contact. The fixing band is made of cloth material with a velvet fastener attached to the tip.

A velvet type fastener 19 is attached to a part corresponding to the dome peripheral part 21 on the back side of the front body 1, so that it can be closely attached to the velvet type fastener attached to the dome peripheral part 21.

A wide velvet type fastener 13, 15 of about 5 to 10 cm is attached to make it possible. The collar part 3 has a so-called high neck shape, and is connected to the front body part 1 with a velvet fastener. However, if the collar part is tightened too tightly, it will become difficult to breathe, so the name suggests that cotton or velvet fasteners are attached. A cushioning material such as sponge was added to create a snug shape.

By using the air tight wear of the present invention, it is now possible to use a dome that matches the patient's body shape to some extent in negative pressure ventilators, which conventionally required preparing multiple types of domes to suit the body shape of each individual patient. For example, the gap created by the velvet fastener is closed with airtightwear to obtain the desired negative pressure. Furthermore, it is extremely useful in the medical industry because it saves the time and effort of taking a mold of the patient's body and can adequately handle emergency respiratory support.
