Claims (1)
部群を形成した硬質合成樹脂製筒状コアが固着され、該
コアを埋め込んで軟質合成樹脂製グリップが、前記コア
の凹部または凸部群を利用して、該部にて係合部を形作
って、柄の握り部を被覆してなる用具類のグリップ。 2、柄の握り部は偏平状を呈している請求項1記載の用
具類のグリップ。 3、柄の握り部には複数の凸部または凹部が形成され、
硬質合成樹脂製筒状コアは、握り部の凸または凹部との
係合手段により係止部を形成してなる請求項1記載の用
具類のグリップ。 4、柄の握り部端部には鍔体が装着されており、軟質合
成樹脂製グリップに埋め込まれた該鍔体の端部に設けた
切欠き状陥部にはグリップの一部が充填され、該部にて
係止部を形作っている請求項1記載の用具類のグリップ
。 5、グリップ内に埋め込まれた柄の握り部端部に装着さ
れた鍔体は、鍔体の端面に形成した切欠き状陥部にグリ
ップの一部が充填し、かつ鍔体の端面の一部はグリップ
端面にて露出している請求項4記載の用具類のグリップ
。 6、柄の握り部相等部は、筒状コア成形用割り金型内に
支持され、該割り金型内への硬質合成樹脂の圧入の手段
にて、全面に亘って 凹部または凸部群を設けた筒状コアを前記握り部に成形
固着せしめる前段工程、該コア付き柄の握り部を同じく
グリップ成形用割り金型内に支持せしめ、該金型内に軟
質合成樹脂の圧入にて筒状コアの凹部または凸部 を利用した係止部を形成したグリップの成形からなる後
段工程を経てなる用具類のグリップ固着方法。 7、パイプ状の金属製柄の握り部相等部は筒状コア成形
用割り金型の閉型工程を利用して握り部相等部の潰圧に
より該部に偏平部を形成してなる請求項6記載の用具類
のグリップ固着方法。 8、筒状コア成形用割り金型内に支持される柄の握り部
相等部表面には複数の凸部または凹部が散在して予め形
成されている請求項6記載の用具類のグリップ固着方法
。[Scope of Claims] 1. A flange body is attached to the end of the grip part of the handle, and a part of the grip is filled in a notch-like recess provided at the end of the flange body embedded in the soft synthetic resin grip. 2. A grip for implements according to claim 1, wherein said portions form a locking portion. 5. The flange body attached to the end of the grip part of the handle embedded in the grip is such that a part of the grip fills the notch-like recess formed on the end surface of the flange body, and a part of the end surface of the flange body 5. A grip for tools according to claim 4, wherein the portion is exposed at an end surface of the grip. 6. The grip portion of the handle is supported in a split mold for forming a cylindrical core, and a group of concave or convex portions is formed over the entire surface by press-fitting a hard synthetic resin into the split mold. In the preliminary step of molding and fixing the provided cylindrical core to the grip part, the grip part of the handle with the core is similarly supported in a split mold for grip molding, and a soft synthetic resin is press-fitted into the mold to form a cylindrical shape. A method for fixing a grip on tools, which involves a subsequent step of molding a grip that has a locking part using a concave or convex part of a core. 7. A claim in which the grip portion of the pipe-shaped metal handle has a flat portion formed therein by crushing pressure of the grip portion using a closing process of a split mold for molding a cylindrical core. 6. A method for fixing grips on tools as described in 6. 8. The method for fixing a grip for tools according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of convex portions or concave portions are formed in advance in a manner scattered on the surface of the grip portion of the handle supported in the split mold for forming the cylindrical core. .
