じる変位によつて回転する超音波モータのロータ
において、細長い金属板の両端が接続された金属
の輪に複数のコの字形の切り込みが形成され、切
り込みによつて形成された舌片が輪の内側に折り
曲げられ、更にそれらの舌片の中間部が外側に折
り曲げられてくの字形とされ、くの字形の折れ曲
がり部が圧電セラミツクと接触することを特徴と
する超音波モータのロータ。 (2) 外形が円形の圧電セラミツクの外周面に生
じる変位によつて回転する超音波モータのロータ
において、細長い金属板の両端が接続された金属
の輪に複数のコの字形の切り込みが形成され、切
り込みによつて形成された舌片が輪の内側に円弧
状に突出するように成型され、それらの円弧状の
突出部が圧電セラミツクと接触することを特徴と
する超音波モータのロータ。 (3) 舌片が金属板の長さ方向の一端で支持され
た請求項第1項または第2項記載の超音波モータ
のロータ。 (4) 舌片が金属板の幅方向の一端で支持された
