Claims (1)
ドイツチ構造の型枠板で、表面材は剥離層および
補強層を合計で少なくとも2層有する面材若しく
は剥離層が補強層を兼ねる層を少なくとも1層有
する面材からなり、裏面材は接着層および補強層
を合計で少なくとも2層有する面材若しくは接着
層が補強層を兼ねる層を少なくとも1層有する面
材であることを特徴とするコンクリート打ち込み
用型枠板。 (2) 補強層が、耐水ライナー、耐水クラフト、
一般ライナー、一般クラフト、アルミニウム箔、
鉄箔、ポリエステル不織布及びフイルム、アスベ
スト紙、炭カル紙、カオリン等無機混抄不織布、
ガラス不織布並びに水酸化アルミニウムを基材と
する不織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも
1種のもので構成されることを特徴とする請求項
1記載のコンクリート打ち込み用型枠板。 (3) 剥離層が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン
、シリコン樹脂、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニリ
デン、ABS樹脂及びポリ塩化ビニル、ふつ素フ
イルムの各フイルム又はシートからなる群より選
択される少なくとも1種のもので構成されること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のコンクリート打ち込
み用型枠板。 (4) 接着層がポリエステル不織布、アスベスト
紙、炭カル紙、ガラス不織布並びに水酸化アルミ
ニウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、カオリン等の無機混
抄不織布を基材とする不織布からなる群より選択
される少なくとも1種のもので構成されることを

用型枠板。 (5) 補強層兼用の接着層がポリエステル不織布
、アスベスト紙、炭カル紙、ガラス不織布並びに

板。 (6) 芯材が、ペーパーハニカムやアルミニウム
ハニカムのようなハニカムコア、硬質ウレタンフ
オーム、スチレンフオーム、フエノールフオーム
、イソシアヌレートフオーム、エポキシフオーム
、塩ビフオームのような合成樹脂フオーム、及び
該合成樹脂フオームを前記ハニカムコアに充填し
たものからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種
のもので構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記
