ら上記自己冷却材料と液体とを接触可能とした自
己冷却容器において、上記の自己冷却材料が硝酸
アンモニウム、尿素及び塩化アンモニウムから選
ばれた1種又は2種以上の混合物を粒径1乃至5
mmに粒状化してなる材料であり、上記の液体が水
又は水系液体であることを特徴とする自己冷却容
器。
