産業上の利用分野
本考案はプラスチツク製輸液容器の口栓に関す
る。
従来の技術
従来プラスチツク製輸液容器の口栓として、例
えば第3図に示すようにプラスチツク部品6,7
の間に、ゴム栓8をサンドイツチ状に封入するよ
うな構造のものが提案されている。このような形
式の口栓は、アルミキヤツプを使用しないのでア
ルミキヤツプ使用による包装コスト高の問題を解
消できると共に、封栓使用時に於て、プラスチツ
ク部品6,7によりゴム栓8を容器内の輸液から
完全に隔離でき、ゴム成分溶出により懸念される
輸液汚染の問題を解消できる。
考案が解決しようとする問題点
ところが上記従来形式の口栓は次の通りの欠点

態で嵌着される外向フランジ付ゴム栓と、ゴム栓
上より上記容器の口部に嵌着される、天面中央部
が開口された熱収縮性帽型合成樹脂製内キヤツプ
と、内キヤツプ上より容器の口部に嵌着される帽
型合成樹脂製外キヤツプを具備し、上記ゴム栓に
は、上面と下面の中央部に凹部がまた上面に、外
向フランジより内側に於て上面の凹部の周囲を取
り囲むようにリング状突起がそれぞれ形成され、
施栓時に、このリング状突起の上面に内キヤツプ
の天面の開口縁部下面が密着するよう構成されて
いることを特徴とするプラスチツク製輸液容器の
