トを構成していたものである。 Endless joints of this type of conveyor belt have conventionally been carried out using the structural rods themselves that continuously form the cross-shaped interlocking portions that make up the belt, and the joint configuration is shown in Figure 7. A joining rod 14 having the same configuration as the component rod 12 on which the square-shaped interlocking portion 13 is connected is curved in a square shape, and its both ends are connected to the adjacent left and right ends located at the center of the component rod 12b on the rear end side of the belt. Straddle the two intertwined parts 13b, 13b and hang through,
Both ends of the belt are passed through to one intertwining part 13a located at the center of the component rod 12a on the front end side of the belt, and the intertwining part 15 corresponding to the curved top of the joint rod 14 is connected to the center intertwining part on these front and rear ends. Parts 13a, 13b, 13b
, and both ends are further intertwined with left and right intertwining parts 13a and 1 of the structural rods 12a and 12b on the front and rear ends of the belt.
3b, and sequentially engage each intertwined part 15 of the joint rod 14 having the same configuration as the component rod 12, and finally connect both ends to the component rod 12a or 12b on either the front or rear edge of the belt. They were hung together to form an endless belt.

な欠点があつた。 In an endless belt joined in this way,
In addition to the fact that the endless joint work is very complicated and inefficient, in particular, the square-shaped interlocking part, which is continuously bent and formed with high precision as a joint rod, is attached to the component rods on the front and rear ends of the belt. Due to the engagement of the rod, it becomes distorted in the process of resisting the latent force and bending into a 〓 shape, causing irreversible distortion in the joint rod and impairing the accuracy of the joint rod. This causes distortion of the entire endless belt. There was a serious drawback that the belt could no longer be conveyed smoothly.

題があつた。 Furthermore, this type of endless belt is often used as a conveyor belt, especially in food processing processes, but in this case, for hygiene reasons, it is necessary to remove the belt from the pulley and wash it after each continuous rotation. The work of pulling out the joint rod for endless release during removal work is as troublesome as the above-mentioned joining work, and the repeated engagement and curving of the joint rod for removal can cause irreversible distortion. There was a problem that this increased and the joint rod could no longer fulfill its role as a member of the belt component rod.

結して成ることを特徴とする。 This idea was made with the intention of eliminating these problems and developing a highly accurate joint structure for endless belts as conveyor belts. A plurality of convergent vertical bars are bent to protrude in the front-rear direction to form a structural rod, and a large number of structural rods are arranged in parallel in front and back. In an endless belt in which the front and rear ends of the belt are connected in an endless ring by sequentially intertwining and connecting the opposing square-shaped interlocking parts of the component rods, a wide range of tensile force is applied along the width direction of the belt using a wire rod. A joint rod is formed by a horizontally long joint horizontal bar and a leg-shaped joint vertical bar, and has horizontal holes communicating with each other in opposite directions at the tips of the joint vertical bars that face each other. The opposing longitudinal bars are hung over the elbows of adjacent convex intertwined parts on the left and right sides of the component rods that can protrude onto the front and rear ends of the belt, respectively, and are hooked on the front and rear ends of the belt. It is characterized in that the horizontal holes of the joint vertical bars of the joint rods which are exposed from the joints are intertwined in a straight line on the left and right, and the straight connecting rods are connected through a skewer.

(第2図参照)など任意とする。 The structural rod 1 in this invention is mainly made of stainless steel or other non-corrosive metal wire, but depending on the application, it may be made of a hard synthetic resin material or a wire material made of a hard synthetic resin material mixed with carbon or ceramic fibers.・It can be formed from a wire made of any material, such as a wire made of a metal wire coated with a synthetic resin or rubber material, and the pitch of the intertwined part may be the same one connected in an orderly manner. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, only the intertwined portions located on the left and right side edges are formed to be small, and the joint rod 5 is formed accordingly. As shown in Figure 2 and Figures 6A to 6D, the component rods 1 on the front and rear ends of the belt A are shaped like tapered legs.
It is also possible to stably engage the intertwined portions of a and 1b. In addition, the two ends of the connecting rod 10 at the joint between the front and rear ends of the belt are fastened together; one end is used as the head portion and the other end is simply bent and fastened (see Figure 3), and both ends are fastened to the front end of the belt. Alternatively, it may be arbitrarily fixed, such as one that is hooked onto either of the component rods 1a, 1b on the rear end side (see FIG. 2).

In an endless belt that connects the front and rear ends of the belt in an endless ring shape, the protruding intertwined parts dotted on the front and rear ends of the belt made of this type of wire material can be used without sliding from side to side and within a certain range. In order to transmit the tensile force widely and evenly, both ends of the connecting horizontal bars with a certain joint distance are bent to form the entire shape as left and right connecting vertical bars, and the tips of the left and right connecting vertical bars are bent. The belt is characterized in that the front and rear ends of the belt are joined in an endless ring shape by a joining rod formed with a horizontal hole opposite to the belt and a straight connecting rod.

る。 In this way, the joint vertical bars of the joint rods are passed over the elbows of the intertwined parts of adjacent component rods on the front and rear ends of the belt, and the joints are wrapped around the joints at the elbows of the joint rods. From the endless structure, in which the connecting rods of the connecting rods are butted together from the front and back in an interlocking pattern and the connecting rods are inserted into the horizontal holes aligned in a line to connect them, an endless joint is used to hook and remove the belt from the pulley. By fundamentally changing the conventional joint configuration in which the joint rod and the connecting rod are curved, it is possible to extremely easily insert and attach the joint, and to pull it out and disconnect it. Therefore, these operations can not only be carried out efficiently, but also eliminate the risk of causing irreversible distortion in the connecting rods and connecting rods, thereby eliminating the need to put the endless belt on or off the pulley. To provide a high-precision endless belt with no distortion throughout, ensuring smooth conveyance as a conveyor belt, and having a remarkable effect especially when used as an endless conveyor belt for food processing.

を一層確実にする効果がある。 Moreover, the two adjacent elbows of the protruding intertwining parts adjacent to each other on the same end of the front and rear edges of the belt are sequentially hooked from the left and right by the left and right elbows of the articulated joint rod. In order to apply the feeding tensile force evenly to each other in the width direction at each joint rod at each hanging and tying part of the belt joint part, this prevents distortion at the belt joint part due to the driving tension force. Therefore, the driving tensile force acts evenly over the entire endless belt, which has the effect of further ensuring smooth belt transport.
