Conventionally, remote measuring thermometers (vapor pressure type indicating thermometers or pressure type indicating thermometers are collectively referred to as
When using a remote sensing thermometer as a bath thermometer, the bathroom will be filled with steam due to the steam generated from the hot water in the bathtub, and the steam will adhere to the transparent plate surface of the thermometer indicator. Or, due to the temperature difference between the inside of the sealed indicator and the outside of the indicator, condensation may occur on the transparent plate surface, making it difficult to see the scale lines on the scale plate and the temperature pointer indicating them, which may cause the bath temperature to change. There were drawbacks that prevented it from achieving its intended purpose.

The purpose of this design is to make it possible to clearly indicate the scale range of the appropriate bath temperature, for example, before and after 40°C, thereby achieving the purpose of a bath thermometer. think. In other words, a simple method is to leave the opposing transparent plate part on the scale plate before and after 40°C as a blank space, and since there is no transparent plate in that part, steam and dew will not adhere to it. There will be no. However, with this structure, water during bathing will enter the case from this part, so if the structure is such that the water can be quickly and easily drained out of the case, it can be used as a remote thermometer for bathing. purpose will be achieved. The structure of a bath remote thermometer constructed with attention to these points is shown in Figures 1 and 2.

For example, it is made of brass, aluminum, synthetic resin, or stainless steel. Alternatively, plating or the like may be applied. Further, the see-through plate 6 is made of glass or a transparent synthetic resin plate that is easily perforated.

もある。 The distal end of the Bourdon tube 19 attached to the stock 20 of the indicator section 1 is electrically connected to the intermediate conduit section 2 through the case mounting bracket 15, and the temperature sensing cylinder section 3 is connected to the distal end of the intermediate conduit section 2 for electrical conduction. Then, the vapor tension or expansion force of the sealed liquid generated in the temperature-sensitive cylinder part 3 due to the temperature is transmitted to the Bourdon tube 19 in the dial-shaped indicator part 1 through the intermediate conduit part 2, and the enlarging machine 2
1 to move the temperature pointer 11 through the scale plate 1.
The structure of a general remote thermometer indicates the temperature scale 9 of 2. The present invention can be realized by performing the following processing on the indicator portion 1 of this structure. That is, a circular hole is bored in the surface of the see-through plate 6 corresponding to the scale 9 of the scale plate 12 of the indicator section 1,
This will be referred to as peephole 7. The size of this peephole 7 is such that when the water temperature in the bathtub reaches the appropriate temperature range, the scale 9 of the scale plate 12 and the number 1 indicate the appropriate temperature range.
0 is the size of the range that can be seen when looking through the peephole 7. The transparent plate 6 with the peep hole 7 is heated to an appropriate temperature range as the bath temperature.
Place the cover 5 on the edge of the case 4 so that the 40°C front and rear scales 9 are facing the peephole 7, with an annular packing 18 interposed between the two.
The transparent plate 6 is attached to the case 4 so that the transparent plate 6 does not rotate when screwed into the case 4. Further, a semicircular hole of an appropriate size is opened just below the center line of the scale plate 12 to serve as a water collection hole 8.
Further, a hole of an appropriate size is formed at the lowest part of the arcuate side surface inside the case 4 on the back side of the scale plate 12, and this hole is used as a drain hole 16. Also, similarly,
A hole of an appropriate size is also opened in the upper side of the case 4 to form a water injection hole 17. The indicator part 1 of the bath remote thermometer having the structure of the indicator part 1 as described above is fixed to the wall in the bath by attaching it to the mounting hole 14 of the case 4 with a screw. Assume that the temperature-sensitive tube section 3 is inserted as shown in the figure. Next, the functions and effects of this remote thermometer for baths will be explained. Now, if we assume that the water temperature in the bathtub has risen and steam is generated in the bathroom, and that it has reached the appropriate temperature for bathing in the range of 35 to 45 degrees Celsius, the temperature indicator 11 will rise and rise to 40 degrees Celsius in advance. Centered around °C,
The tip of the temperature pointer 11 can be seen through the peephole 7 of the transparent plate 6 positioned so that the temperature range can be seen, and it can be clearly seen that the temperature pointer 11 indicates the current temperature scale 9. Of course, the transparent plate 6 other than the peephole 7
The surface is covered with steam, making it difficult to see the scale, but this part is not necessary for temperature measurement, so it can still serve its purpose as a bath thermometer. Moreover, even if hot water or the like flows into the case 4 through the peephole 7, the water collection hole 8 opened directly below the scale plate 12 and the arc-shaped bottom of the inner side of the case 4 form a funnel shape with each other. Therefore, the water that enters through the peephole 7 is quickly introduced into the case inner bottom on the back side of the scale plate 12 through the water collection hole 8, and furthermore, a drainage hole 16 is opened at the bottom of the inner arcuate side surface of the case. Therefore, this also produces the effect of a funnel, and the infiltrated water is quickly drained out of the case 4. An arrow 23 indicates a path through which the infiltrated water is drained. Also, if water scale or the like gets inside the case 4, it may interfere with the operation of the enlarging machine 21, so sometimes tap water or the like is forcibly poured into the case 4 through the injection hole 17, which is formed in the upper side of the case. Inject the contaminants into the case 4 through the drainage hole 16.
It has the effect of being able to exclude it to the outside. Also, since the peep hole 7 is a hole through which you can see the appropriate temperature scale, by slightly twisting and loosening the cover 5, you can rotate the see-through plate 6 with your fingers to position it on the appropriate temperature scale, and then again.
If you screw in the cover and fix the see-through plate 6 to the case 4, you can see that the scale 9 and number 10 on the scale plate 12 inside the peephole 7 are the desired temperature, so it can be used as a guide hole. Effects also occur. In addition, since the peephole 7 is a hole for looking at the scale within the appropriate temperature range, the area of only a small portion of the surface of the see-through plate 6 is sufficient, so that the temperature pointer 11 and the scale plate 12, which are the original purpose of the see-through plate 6, can be removed. sufficient protection from the outside is achieved. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, by cutting a portion of the circumference of the see-through plate 6 linearly to form a viewing window 22, there is also the effect of allowing an appropriate temperature scale to be viewed over a wide range.
