面の片側の上下領域に固定された一対のブラケツ

の上面に、前記孔４を囲繞するように、弾性を有
し且つ導電性を具えた材料からなる筒状部材１０
を固定し、該筒状部材１０は先細りのテーパーを
有し、その先端部の内径は前記ピン５の外径より
も小さく設定され、且つ前記筒状部材の周壁１０
ｂには縦方向の複数のスリツト１１が設けられ、
弾性変形によつてその内径が変化できるように構
