的な曲面に対しては、この曲面に対して合成皮革をたる
みなくきれいに貼着することは非常に困難であった。す
なわち、二次元帥な曲面(平面を単に曲げたもの)に対
しては成形後にその曲面に合わして合成皮革をたるみな
く貼着することはできるが、三次元的な曲面(球面状の
もの)に対しては1合成皮革はもともとは平面的なもの
であるので、これを球面に対してたるみなく貼着するこ

した結果、従来成形時の熱により溶融し、てしまうと考
えられていた合成皮革も、布材を裏打ちしてある合成皮
革の場合にはプラスチックと一体成形しても1合成皮革
を金型と接する側に当てて金型により合成皮革を冷却す
るとともに、合成樹脂材料の熱は布材を介して合成皮革
に伝達しないようにすれば、合成皮革は溶融しないこと

打ちした合成皮革の布材を合成樹脂材料を注入する金型
側に向けて載置し、その後通常の方法により合成樹脂材
料を射出して成形するようにし、成形時に合成皮革は合

法の一実施例を限鏡ケースの製造を例にとって説明する

置して固定型となる雌型であり、2は前記雌型lに対応
する雄型である。また雄型2には、注入バイブ3が連結
されており、合成樹脂材料が注入されるようになってい
る。4は合成皮革5に裏打ちした布材であり、成形時に
、雌型1の上に、前記4を裏打ちした合成皮革5を、布
材4が雄型2側となり2合成皮革5が雌型lと接する向
きとなるように載せる。そして、通常の方法により射出
成形を行なう、雌型lと雄型2を合わすと、合成皮革5
はこの両型1.2に挟まれて固定され、そして、雄型2
側から合成樹脂材料が注入されると、この圧力により合
成皮革5は雌型lの形状に沿って変形する。すると、合

となる。そしてこの発明にかかる合成皮革を一体成形し
たプラスチック製品の製法方法によれば、プラスチック
製品を射出成形するに際し、合成樹脂材料を注入する金
型と反対の金型の上に、布材を裏打ちした合成皮革の布
材を合成樹脂材料を注入する金型側に向けて#1.置し
、その後通常の方法により合成樹脂材料を射出して成形
するようにしたので、三次元の曲面に対しても、合成皮
革をプラスチックの表面にきれいに被覆することができ
、しかもその製造方法きわめて簡単であり、その効果は
