樹脂を注入して成形品を成形すると同時に、成形
品を取出テープに付着させ、型開時にそのまま離
型して取出テープと共に成形品を金型の外に搬出

[発明が解決しようとする問題点]
近年射出成形機が備える装置によつて成形中の
成形品の良否を判定する方法が種々考えられ実用
化されているが、上記方法においては、良否判別
装置によつて不良品と判断されたものであつて
も、良品と同様に取出テープに付着して送られる
ため、後工程において、再度検査を行なう必要が
あり、それに際しては全数検査を行なうかまたは
不確実な抜き取り検査を行なつている。そのため
全数検査では多大な時間と労力を費やし、抜き取
り検査では不良品を見落してしまう事があり問題

て移送された成形品の良否判別を確実かつ簡単に
行なうことのできる新たな方法を提供することに

上記目的によるこの発明は、紙または合成樹脂
よりなる取出テープを金型の間に送込み、その取
出テープと共に金型を閉鎖して、取出テープの一
部をキヤビテイに位置させ、そのキヤビテイに樹
脂を注入して成形品を成形すると同時に、成形品
を取出テープに付着させ、型開時にそのまま離型
して取出しテープと共に成形品を金型外に搬送
し、かつ成形機側の良否判別装置により検出され
た成形不良品は、不良品検出信号により作動する
マーキング装置により不良品または不良品近傍の
取出テープにマークを施して表示することを特徴

成形機側での良否判別は、射出時の油圧、材料充
填時間、スクリユー位置、材料の充填圧力等の監
視に基く公知の手段が用いられ、取出テープの送

には、マーキングが施されているため、その表示
マークの付いている成形品を除去することによつ
て容易に良否判別でき、良否判別を自動化するこ
