A rotary printing press generally has a plate cylinder with an original plate such as stencil paper attached to its outer circumferential surface, and the printing paper is moved downwardly and in contact with the upper surface of the plate cylinder in synchronization with the rotation of the plate cylinder. As the paper is transported, a printed image is applied to its upper surface using printing ink, and the printed printing paper is peeled off from adhesion to the printing drum due to the adhesiveness of the printing ink, and is guided toward the paper output tray. It's starting to get worse.

Conventionally, most commonly, the tip of a peeling pawl is placed close to the plate cylinder, and the tip of the peeling pawl engages the printing paper that sticks to the plate cylinder and moves with the plate cylinder, starting from its leading edge. However, in this case, there is a risk that the printed image may be damaged by contact with the peeling nail. Regarding this point, Utility Model No. 56-23947
The publication discloses that instead of a mechanical peeling claw, an air nozzle with an open end placed close to the plate cylinder is used, and the printing paper can be peeled from the plate cylinder by an air jet ejected from the air nozzle. Proposed.

て提案されている。 In addition, a belt conveyor has traditionally been used as a device for transporting the printing paper peeled off from the plate cylinder toward the paper output tray, but it is possible to ensure that the printing paper is conveyed more reliably by such a belt conveyor. In order to achieve this, the belt conveyor has a breathable structure, and the printing paper placed on the belt conveyor is actively attracted to the belt conveyor by sucking air from below the belt conveyor.
This method has been proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 50-88769, etc.

る。 Furthermore, the printing paper discharged from the printing machine is normally fed into a suitable printing paper receiving device such as a paper output table, but at this time, in order to give rigidity to the printing paper which is thin and lacks rigidity, the printing paper is fed. It has been proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6431/1987 to raise the edges on both sides at the end of the path so that the printing paper curves into a U-shape when viewed from the front as it passes through the edges. .

The effect of peeling the printing paper from the plate cylinder was developed by the above-mentioned Jitsukasho.
By using an air nozzle as proposed in Publication No. 56-23947, the damage to the printed image that can occur when the printed material is peeled off by a mechanical peeling claw is avoided, but the use of such an air nozzle The use and provision of the necessary air blowing sources and air ducts complicates the apparatus and increases costs.

することができる。 In this regard, when peeling the printing paper from the plate cylinder with a simple mechanical stripping claw, it is important to note that the printed image may be damaged by contact with the stripping claw. This is the case when the tip of the peeling claw touches the part where the printed image is actually applied, and since the peripheral edge of printing paper is usually left as a margin where no printed image is applied, the peeling claw touches the front part of the printing paper. If it is engaged only at the edges, it is possible to avoid the problem of damage to the printed image even when the printing paper is peeled off by the mechanical peeling claw.

と推測される。 Furthermore, as proposed in the above-mentioned Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-23947 and Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 50-88769,
In the structure of a printing paper discharge device that uses a breathable belt conveyor and sucks air from below, the air suction port is located from the starting end of the breathable belt conveyor, as proposed in each of the above-mentioned publications. When the belt conveyor is provided so as to be open over its entire extending region to the terminal end, the printing paper extends over the entire area from the starting end to the terminal end of the belt conveyor just in the middle of its conveyance. However, when there is no preceding printing paper and only the leading edge of the first printing paper is approaching the starting end of the belt conveyor, a strong suction force is applied to it. , since the air sucked into the air intake port flows through more of the low air resistance parts of the belt conveyor that are not yet covered with the printing paper, it is mostly effective for the leading edge of the printing paper in such a state. It is assumed that no suction effect is exerted.

刷用紙剥離排出装置を提供することを課題として
いる。 In view of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional technology regarding peeling off and ejecting the printing paper from the plate cylinder, the present invention uses a simple mechanical peeling claw to perform the action of peeling the printing paper from the plate cylinder. , the contact between the mechanical peeling pawl and the printing paper is made only at the leading edge of the printing paper, and once the leading edge of the printing paper is peeled off from the plate cylinder by the mechanical peeling pawl. This peeled leading edge is securely captured by the starting end of an air-suction belt conveyor, and then the belt conveyor peels off the printing paper from the plate cylinder before it touches the tip of the peeling claw. Therefore, there is a printing paper for a rotary printing press that can reliably perform the operations of peeling off the printing paper from the plate cylinder and conveying the peeled printing paper toward the paper output table in a more preferable manner. The object of the present invention is to provide a peeling and discharging device.

This problem has been solved according to the present invention by using a printing paper peeling and discharging device that peels off and discharges printing paper from a rotary plate cylinder, and which has a tip disposed close to the plate cylinder and does not stick to the plate cylinder. a peeling claw that engages with the leading edge of the printing paper that moves with the plate cylinder and peels the printing paper from the plate cylinder as the plate cylinder rotates; and a terminal end that extends in the paper ejection direction from a starting end located below the tip of the peeling claw. an air-permeable belt conveyor that extends up to 300 degrees and is driven at a speed faster than the circumferential speed of the plate cylinder, and a print that is gradually raised upward from the top surface of the belt conveyor at both side edges near the end of the belt conveyor. It is characterized by having a raised member that provides a paper guide surface, and an air suction device that sucks air from a suction port that opens below the belt conveyor mainly near the starting end and near the ending end of the belt conveyor. This is achieved by a printed paper peel and eject device.

As described above, by opening the air suction ports below the breathable belt conveyor mainly near the start end and near the end of the belt conveyor, new printing paper can be peeled off from the plate cylinder regardless of the presence or absence of preceding printing paper. The leading edge of the incoming printing paper can be reliably captured by air suction at the starting end of the belt conveyor.

問題は確実に回避される。 In this way, when the leading edge of the printing paper is securely captured by the belt conveyor at its starting end, the printing paper is then caught by the peeling claw because the belt conveyor is driven at a speed faster than the circumferential speed of the plate cylinder. Since the main part of the printing paper except the leading edge does not come into contact with the peeling claw, the problem of the printed image on the main part being damaged due to contact with the peeling claw is reliably avoided. .

It comes into contact with the stencil paper 2 mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the stencil cylinder 1, and print ink is applied to the upper surface of the stencil paper 2 from the perforated image area of the stencil paper 2, thereby forming a printed image on the upper surface. This printing paper P sticks to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical plate cylinder 1 due to the adhesiveness of the printing ink.
When its front edge comes into contact with the tip 5a of the separation claw 5,
As the cylindrical plate cylinder 1 rotates, it is torn off from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical plate cylinder 1 by the peeling action of the separating claw 5, and its front edge is exposed to its own weight and the air suction port 22 sucks outside air. As a result, due to the negative pressure generated near the air intake port, the air falls onto the upper plate 12 of the suction box 11 and strongly contacts the endless belt 19.
As the upper span of the endless belt 19 moves at a speed higher than the circumferential speed of the cylindrical plate cylinder 1, the printing paper is separated by the separating claw 5 as the endless belt 19 runs.

い。 After that, the printing paper is not separated by the separation claw 5, but is directly peeled off from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical plate cylinder 1 by the tensile force exerted by the endless belt 19, and is ejected without contacting the separation claw 5. Therefore, the printed image surface of the printing paper P, which normally has a margin along the periphery, is not rubbed by the separating claw 5, and the trajectory of the separating claw 5 is not left on the printed image surface.

保つて落下する。 As the endless belt 19 travels, the printing paper P moves on the upper plate 12 from its starting end toward its terminal end, and when it reaches the area where the raised members 34 are provided, its both side edges are covered with raised members. The air inlet 35 slides on the upper guide surface 34 of the belt 33, and in the center part, the air inlet 35 sucks outside air, and the negative pressure generated near the air inlet 35 attracts it onto the endless belt 19. As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 2, it is curved in a U-shape when viewed from the front, increasing the apparent rigidity. In this curved state with increased rigidity, the printing paper P is projected from its terminal end as the endless belt 19 runs, and is pushed out from the paper delivery tray 7.
The printing paper flies due to inertia toward a suitable printing paper receiving device such as the paper receiving device, and its leading edge reliably collides with the barrier plate 8 of the paper delivery tray 7 to maintain a substantially horizontal position on the paper delivery tray 7. and fall.
