Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively provide a concrete product of high quality by making the early drying and premature cure of cement paste possible by a retaining mold apparatus itself. CONSTITUTION:Each of bottom plate 11 and side boards 12 of a retaining mold apparatus 10 is made by covering both surfaces of a thick heat insulating material with cover members 15, 15 such as metal members and the side boards 12... are erected on the bottom plate 11 in an almost square shape to form a framework. A top plate 16 prepared by covering both surfaces of thick heat-insulating material 14 with the cover members 15, 15 is placed on the upper part of the retaining mold unit 13 of the uppermost stage to hermetically close the retaining mold unit 13. The retaining mold units 13 each having cement paste or mortar 1 cast thereon are stacked in four stages and the top plate 16is placed on the upper part of the retaining mold unit 13 of the uppermost stage to hermetically close the units 13. By this method, the paste or mortar 1 is thermally insulated for about 3hr at about 50 deg.C and the temp. thereof becomes about 60 deg.C within 6hr by the action of a heat generating additive 9 and the generation of heat of hydration reaction and this high temp. state is held in the heat-insulated retaining mold units 13 for a long time and, thereafter, demolding becomes possible.

[Prior art] Conventionally, when producing concrete products such as concrete plates and concrete blocks quickly and in large quantities, expensive early-strengthening cements have been used as cement materials, or drying and curing of cement paste has been required. An insulating room, steam room, or high-pressure steam room, etc. is installed in which the temperature is raised using electrical energy or fire, and the cement paste poured into the specified formwork is stored in the insulating room to allow early hardening and hardening. It was intended to increase strength.

[Purpose of the Invention] The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems and problems in the prior art, and is a method that uses electric energy or fire, etc., as in the conventional insulating room, steam room, or high-pressure steam room. This makes it easy to dry and harden the cement paste early, mainly in the formwork equipment itself, without using it, and because it does not require huge amounts of equipment or area for that equipment, it can lead to high-quality products. The object of the present invention is to provide a concrete product manufacturing apparatus that can provide concrete products at low prices.

Roughly speaking, the present invention allows easy assembly and demolding of the formwork device itself, making it easy for anyone to work on, and can be poured both indoors and outdoors, and does not require any hot air from outside after casting. At the pouring site, the hot air from the cement paste or cement mortar itself in the formwork equipment and the heat generated by the heat-generating additive generate high temperatures in a short period of time, and the high temperature is maintained for a long period of time, resulting in rapid hardening. In addition, good quality concrete products can be obtained at low cost, resulting in great advantages in terms of time and economy.
