Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粉体成形機のダイス内に充填された粉体を
ダイ、上パンチおよび下パンチを用いてプレス成
形する粉体成形機において、前記ダイ、上パンチ
および下パンチの少なくとも１つに超音波振動子
を取付けて、該超音波振動子による超音波振動に
より粉体のプレス工程中にも粉体粒子の移動を容
易なものとし、それによつて高密度成形品を得る
ことを特徴とする粉体成形機。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記超音波振動子が前記ダイに取付けられている
ことを特徴とする粉体成形機。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記超音波振動子が前記上パンチおよび下パンチ
のそれぞれに取付けられていることを特徴とする
粉体成形機。
