Claims (1)
- 基板側に形成された発熱部と対応する位置に穿
設されるノズル板のノズル孔において、前記ノズ
ル孔の内周面に表面側の開口径が裏面側の開口径
よりも小さくなる段部を一個所以上形成してある
ことを特徴とするインクジエツトヘツドのノズル
孔の構造。
