なり、又、水もスムーズに動く様になつて夫々上
昇し易くなり、さらに、容器状撹拌体6の底部中
央に突出部9を形成しているので、下降する水流
を容器状撹拌体6の中央低部から外側方に向つて
滑らかに導くことになり洗濯物の上下の反転(入
れ替わり)が促進される。従つて洗濯物は上述の
複雑な動きによる布どうしの大きな摩擦、並び
に、槽体5及び容器状撹拌体6の周壁との大きな
摩擦により擦り洗い作用を受けるかたわら、ねじ

ので、洗濯物の上昇をスムーズにできると共に、
その上部内径よりも前記槽体5の上部周壁部の内
径を径大としているので、槽体5の洗濯容量を増
大し得るほか、上昇する洗濯物が容器状撹拌体6
と槽体5との間に食い込むことも未然に防止する
ことができて洗濯物の上下反転作用が一層促進さ
れ、もつてむらなく洗浄効果を高めることができ
る。更には、容器状撹拌体の底部中央に上方に突
出する突出部を設け、これに下部から洗い軸を嵌
合固着したことにより、適正な上下反転水流を生
成し得て適切な洗浄効果を維持できる布量範囲を
広くすることができるなど一層良好な洗浄効果が
期待できる他、突出部と洗い軸の嵌合長さを長く
することができ、容器状撹拌体の取付強度を向上
させ得るなど種々の優れた実用的効果を奏するも
のである。
