In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numerals 1 and 1' designate superimposed shock absorbing bodies, which include substantially square bottom plates 2 and 2', and two side plates 3 and 3 that are connected to each other.
It consists of 3' and 4,4', and has a shape suitable for right-angled corner receiving. The buffer bodies 1 and 1' are connected at the open ends 5, 5' of the bottom plates 2, 2' by a hinge piece 6, and are symmetrical about the hinge piece 6. Therefore, when stacked on each other with the hinge piece 6 at the center, the bottom plates 2 and 2', the side plates 3 and 3', and 4 and 4' have an overlapping relationship.
The one buffer body 1 has a bottom plate 2 and a plurality of convex lines 8 and concave lines 9 each having a hollow part 7 on the inner surface of the side plates 3 and 4.
The other buffer body 1' has a bottom plate 2',
On the outer surfaces of the side plates 3', 4', there are formed grooves 9' that fit into the grooves 8, and grooves 8' that have hollow portions 7' and fit into the grooves 9. and the protrusion 8,
The width of the protrusion 8' is formed so that the tip becomes gradually smaller, and the width of the base thereof is larger than the opening width of the protrusions 9 and 9'. Each of these components is integrally formed of flexible synthetic resin such as polypropylene.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which protrusions 8 and grooves 9 are formed on the bottom plate 2 and side plates 3 and 4 of one buffer element 1, and The element body 1' has protrusions 8 and grooves 9 formed only on the bottom plate 2'. The protrusions 8 and the grooves 9 in one of the buffer elements 1 are formed of corrugated plates 10. Further, a fixing piece 11 is provided in a part of the buffer body 1', and a hole 13 for engaging the protrusion 12 of the fixing piece 11 is provided at the edge of the buffer body 1.

In use, the packaging buffer having the above structure is made by bending the two overlapping shock absorbing elements 1 and 1' at the 6 hinge pieces, and then folding the bottom plates 2 and 2', the side plates 3 and 3', and 4 and 4' together. This is for stacking and receiving the corner portions of the objects to be packaged. The mutually buffering element body 1,
1' are superimposed, the protrusions 8 provided on the overlapping surface of at least one of the buffer elements 1 come into contact with the overlapping surface of the other buffer element 1, and the hollow portion 7 formed inside Because of this, the protrusions 8 absorb the force of the impact, and recover when the force of the impact disappears, so they effectively buffer and hold the packaged object, and there is no space between the packaged object or the packaging box. It is difficult to create gaps and can maintain stable buffering. Since these two shock absorbing elements 1 and 1' are molded in an expanded state, they are easy to manufacture, and since they are connected by a hinge piece 6, they only need to be folded together when in use. This is also advantageous in terms of parts management.

In addition, if the protrusions 8, 8' and the grooves 9, 9' shown in Figs. 1 to 3 are fitted together,
The overlapping state of both buffer elements 1, 1' is stable, and the two protrusions 8, 8' have the advantage of exhibiting a buffering effect even against lateral forces.

In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, a protruding line and a concave line are provided on the overlapping surfaces of the buffer elements, but in addition to the convex line and the concave line, only a plurality of convex parts may be formed.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, the packaging cushioning body of the present invention comes into contact with the packaged object at an angle and effectively cushions and holds the packaged object, and the two cushioning bodies are in the unfolded state. Since they are molded, they are easy to manufacture, and since they are interconnected, they are advantageous in terms of component management, and have great practical effects.
