Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、端子を保持するための保持部材の一
部をコイルの結線部が固定できる形状とした磁気

磁気ヘツドにおいて2個の独立したコイルを有
し、該コイルを直列に接続することによつて中間
結線部を形成するものがある。第1図は従来の磁
気ヘツドを分解して示した斜視図であり、第2図
の磁気ヘツドは第1図の改良型、第3図の磁気ヘ
ツドは第2図の改良型を分解して示した斜視図で
ある。第1図において、高透磁率物質から成るコ
ア1,2にはそれぞれコイル3,4を捲回する。
そしてコイル3にはコイル端部3a,3bを有
し、コイル4にはコイル端部4a,4bを有する
が、コイル端部3bと4aを接続して中間結線部
5を形成する。次に、電気的絶縁体から成る保持
部6は、導電体から成る2つの端子7(保持部6
の内部で折曲がつている)を保持し、その上面に
接続部7a,7bを露出させる。そしてコイル端
部3aを接続部7aにハンダ付け等で接続し、コ
イル端部4bを同様にして接続部7bに接続す
る。このような磁気ヘツドは中間結線部5が固定
されていないので容易に移動する。このため、中
間結線部5が例えば接続部7a又は7b等に接触
すると思わぬトラブルを引き起こす。この欠点を
除くために第2図に示した構成にすることができ
る(尚、第2,3図において同一部材には同一の
番号を付した)。第2図に示した保持部6には端
子7のほかに導電体から成る2つの端子8を2つ
の端子7とほぼ平行させて設け、保持部6の上面
に接続部8a,8bを露出させる。そしてコイル
端部3a,3b,4a,4bをそれぞれ接続部7
a,8a,8b,7bにハンダ付け等で接続し、
2つの端子8は曲げることによつて一部を接触さ
せ、その接続部9をハンダ付け等で結線する。つ
まり、コイル端部3b,4aは接続部8a,8b
で固定される。しかし、第2図の構成は2つの端
子8を設け更に端子8を折曲げてハンダ付けする
ので部品数と工程が多い。この欠点を改良するた
め、第3図に示した如く保持部6の上面に導電体
(例えば端子7,8と同じ材質の金属片)から成

10にコイル端部3b,4aをハンダ付け等で接
