【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、溶接用ワイヤをコイル状にして積層
収容した単筒状のペイルパツクから溶接用ワイヤ
をからみ、もつれのない状態で円滑に連続的に取

の上部に一端を取付けた紐をワイヤ抑え部材に係
合してペイルパツク底部に導びき、該底部に紐の
他端を取付ける、あるいは実開昭55−143986に開
示された如くワイヤ抑え部材にペイルパツク胴部
の内壁と接触する弾性部材を取付ける等の手段に
より上記間隙を遮蔽することによりワイヤの飛び
出しを防止できる効果を得ている。ところが最近
内筒なしの単筒状のペイルパツクが使用され始め
るに至つて、円環状の抑え部材の内周円すなわち
ワイヤ取出し孔からワイヤを取出す際にワイヤの
もつれが発生するという問題が起きている。すな
わち単筒状のペイルパツクは内筒がない分、ワイ
ヤコイル体の空洞部分が大きく、このためコイル
体の上部から1コイルずつ取出されればよいが2
〜3コイル同時に取出されると、上記空洞部分で
ワイヤが捩りを解除しようとして跳ね、これによ
りからみもつれ等の不都合が発生する。このよう
に溶接時にペイルパツク内のワイヤにからみ、も
つれ等が生じると、溶接トーチにワイヤが送給さ

に上部孔と該上部孔より大径の下部孔を同軸状に
形成したワイヤ取出し部を有することにある。以
下本考案を図面に示す具体例に基づいて説明す
る。もとより、下記の具体例は本考案を限定する
ものではなく、適宜本考案の主旨を逸脱しない範

紐等)で連結している。なお抑え部材6の外周部
とペイルパツク胴部2内壁との間隙からのワイヤ
の飛び出しは実開昭57−138856の方式で解消して
おり、11は該方式に用いる紐、12は紐11が
挿通する抑え部材の抑え部6に設けられた孔であ

降しつつその抑え部6でコイル体4上端のワイヤ
コイルの跳ね上りを防止し、その取出し部7でコ
イル体4から引出されるワイヤWの自由度を規制
してワイヤをガイドし上方に取出す。本考案に適
用するペイルパツクは内筒がなく、従つてコイル
体の内部空洞が占める割合が大でコイル体から引
出されたワイヤの自由度が大であるので、そのま
まではコイル体から2〜3ターン同時に引出され
た場合その自由空間であばれてもつれ、からみを
誘発することになるが、本考案のように上記取出
し部7を設けるとコイル体から引出されるワイヤ
の自由度は規制されもつれることなく円滑な取出
しを実現できる。なお本具体例では第1図aに示
す如く抑え部と取出し部7を可撓性紐8で連結し
ているので取出し部7がその自重で若干下がり、
コイル体4上端のワイヤWは取出し部7下端の下
部孔10部分で抑えられて引出されることにな
り、その結果コイル体4上端から1コイルずつ引
出され、2〜3ターンまとめて引出されにくくな
り、仮に引出されても上記の如くワイヤの自由度
は規制されもつれることはない。又ワイヤの抑え
部と取出し部を別体で構成し可撓性紐で連結すれ
ば、抑え部、取出し部それぞれの機能を他の部に
干渉されることなく発揮しやすくなる。すなわち
取出し部の取出されるワイヤWによる動きは抑え
部に伝わりにくくなるので本考案の好ましい具体

ヤを円滑に取出し得る。本考案の抑え部材は通常
の溶接用ワイヤを長時間連続的に、又高速取出し
を行なう場合はもちろんのこと、特に捩りを与え
られて単筒状のペイルパツク内に積層収納された
溶接用ワイヤの取出しにその効果を発揮し、溶接
作業を中断することなく、ワイヤ取出しを円滑に
継続して行なうことが可能であり、簡単な構成に
