Claims (1)
- 本体は、下部は金属枠板となつており、その金
属枠板の上面に適当な数の小さい突起があり、そ
の金属枠板の中に石板又は陶板が置かれて嵌接し
て形成され、直接加熱される金属枠板の底面に熱
伝導のよい金属熔射がされてあり、小さい突起が
金属枠板の上にあるために、金属枠板と石板又は
陶板との間に薄い空間がある構造であることを特
長とする食物の空焼き調理用具。
