硬く、耐摩耗性を必要とするものに対し、上記の
塗料に、炭化ケイ素、溶融アルミナ等の硬い砥粒
を3〜20重量部混合した塗料を塗布することによ
り、非常に硬く、耐摩耗性の優れた立体感、凹凸
感のある化粧材が得られる。

明着色インキにて、花柄抽象模様を2色刷印刷し
た。スクリーン印刷の1色目と2色目の版メツシ
ユ、インキ粘度を変えることにより、1色目を
150μ、2色目を250μの高さとした。スクリーン
印刷後100℃、20分間加熱乾燥してインキを硬化
させた。つぎにロールコーターにてウレタン系2
液反応硬化型透明樹脂塗料を120g/m2塗布する
ことにより、表面物性の優れた立体感、凹凸感の
ある極めて豪華な花柄抽象模様の化粧板が得られ
た。
