同温度調整弁下流側の上記冷却水循環系に接続し
た冷却水路とを有する温水回収設備において、前
記熱交換器と前記温度調整弁との間の前記冷却水
循環系に設けた三方切換弁と、同三方切換弁から
前記温度調整弁を迂回して前記冷却水路に接続し
たバイパス管路と、前記熱交換器上流側の上記温
水回収系に設けた圧力検出器と、同圧力検出器か
らの検出信号に基づいて前記三方切換弁を切り換
えるアクチユエータとを具えていることを特徴と
した温水回収設備におけるトラブル発生時の緊急
