Abstract

PURPOSE:To use the under floor ground heat and save both energy and operation cost by installing a heating device which comprises a heat exchange means which circulates the air sucked in from a suction port buried in the earth under the floor, an air dehumidification and cleaning means, and a suction/blowing means which transfers the air introduced through the aforesaid means into the interior of a room. CONSTITUTION:A cooling/heating device comprises a heat exchanger means 3, which circulates the air introduced from suction ports 2a and 2a' buried in the earth under the floor of dwelling house 1 or a suction port 2b, dehumidification/cleaning means 4a and 4b which dehumidify and clean the air thus introduced from the ports, and suction/blow-off means 5 which transfers the air introduced by way of the suction port 2, the heat exchange means 3, and the dehumidification/cleaning means into the room through a blow-off port 6. The underground temperature to a proper depth under the floor of the dwelling house is substantially constant. Since the temperature is cooler in summer and warmer in winter compared with the ambient temperature. Therefore, the underground heat exchange means 3 takes in this ground energy and feeds cool air or warm air into the room. It is, therefore, possible to embody a cooling/ heating device which can afford energy saving and operate at low cost.

(Example 1) Fig. fjS1 shows an example of the present invention, which is a heat exchange means that is buried underground under the floor of a house 1 and circulates air introduced through an intake port 2 at 2 a' or 2b. 3, a dehumidifying and cleaning means for dehumidifying and purifying the air introduced through the heat exchange means 3, and an air outlet 6 for dehumidifying and cleaning the air introduced through the air intake port 2, the heat exchange means 3, and the dehumidification and cleaning means. It consists of an intake air blowing means that sends air into the room through the air intake system. In this embodiment, the heat exchange means 3 buried underground under the floor is formed of a copper vibe 3a having fins 10 protruding from the outer periphery, as shown in FIG. The cleaning means is formed by a dehumidifying Ifi 4a and an air purifier 4b, and the air intake blowing means is formed by an air intake 5, and a dehumidifier 4.
m, the air purifier 4b and the air intake 5 are integrated as an indoor unit 7. In addition, an intake port 1a that takes in outside air,
2a' and an intake port 2b for taking in room air can be switched by an intake switching valve 8. It goes without saying that the heat exchange means 3 is buried at such a depth that stable geothermal energy can always be obtained even if the outside temperature changes.

The operation of the embodiment will be described below. Currently, the underground temperature at a suitable depth under the floors of houses is almost constant (15 to 20 degrees Celsius).
), which is colder in summer and warmer in winter than the outside temperature. The present invention focuses on this point, and
The heat exchange means 3 buried underground under the floor is designed to take in this geothermal energy, and the air taken in through the heat exchange means 3 is sent into the room from the outlet 6 as cool or warm air. It will be done. In this case, naturally occurring stable geothermal energy (thermal energy in the ground beneath the floor) is used as cooling energy in the summer and as heating energy in the winter, so energy savings for air conditioning and heating can be achieved and operating costs are reduced. This means that an inexpensive heating and cooling system can be realized. Also,
The air taken in through the heat exchanger 3 is dehumidified by the dehumidifier 4a of the dehumidifying and purifying means, and is also purified by the air purifier 4b and blown into the room.
This prevents indoor humidity from becoming too humid, and also prevents lumps and odors from entering the room. Furthermore, the intake switching pulp 8 allows the intake ports 2a, 2a', and 2b to be switched depending on the situation, so that during daytime cooling, cold air from under the floor is taken in through the intake port 2a, and during nighttime cooling, the intake ports 2a, 2a', and 2b are If outdoor cold air is taken in through 2a', efficient cooling can be achieved. On the other hand, during heating, indoor air may be taken in through the intake port 2b.
At this time, the operation of the dehumidifier 114a is stopped to prevent the air from becoming unnecessarily dry. Furthermore, an auxiliary heater F such as an electric stove may be added to the room R7 to assist in the v1 room shortage.

(Example 2) Fig. 3 shows another example, in which the heat exchange means 3 was formed by burying a plurality of O-shaped copper vibes 3 underground under the floor and connecting them in series. This makes it possible to utilize more stable thermal energy deep underground, which further improves heating and cooling effects. Note that the other configurations are the same as in Example 1.
Since it is the same as that, the explanation will be omitted.
