キヤツプと同形状をなす樹脂製の帽体を接着剤等
の適宜の手段によつて嵌着固定し、該帽体の下部
に内径拡幅部を形成して適度の弾力性を有する嵌
合壁を設け、この嵌合壁と前記キヤツプとの間に
該嵌合壁の弾力性を助長するための間隙部を介在
せしめ、該嵌合壁の下部に外側に反り返りその先
端が前記キヤツプの内壁面に接触する接片を設け
ると共に帽体の嵌合壁内周面に突設した環状凸部
が前記中具筒の外周面に密接し、又帽体の嵌合壁
に形成した環状凹部に前記中具筒の外周面に突設
した環状凸部が密嵌係合するようになることを特
