Claims (1)
- 同軸状に配された内外二つの部材のうちの固定
側部材に磁性流体保持部材が取り付けられ、この
磁性流体保持部材に対して径方向で微小隙間を設
けた状態で対向されて磁気回路の一部を構成する
磁性リングが回転側の部材に緩衝材を介して嵌着
され、前記微小隙間に磁性流体が保持されている
ことを特徴とする密封装置。
