せ沈澱汚泥とする沈降分離装置と、その沈澱汚泥
を脱水機に供給する給泥経路と、その給泥経路を
タイマの設定時間間隔で開閉する開閉装置とを備
えた汚泥脱水前処理装置において、前記脱水機を
常用運転用とバツクアツプ運転用の2系列設ける
とともに、前記沈降分離装置の汚泥濃度を計測す
る汚泥濃度計と前記給泥経路のSS濃度を測定す
るSS濃度計を設け、そのSS濃度計の出力が所
定値以下になつたとき前記給泥経路の開閉装置を
オフとし、前記汚泥濃度計の出力が所定値以上の
とき前記給泥経路の開閉装置とバツクアツプ運転
用脱水機とをオンとするように構成したことを特
