本考案は、車両用燃料タンク内に取付け、該タ
ンクに充填された燃料をエンジンに送給するイン

は燃料タンク101の内空底部にブラケツト3に

の端子8をマイナス端子10に接続し、さらに吐
出口7に耐油性ホース14の一端を外嵌めしてホ
ースクリツプ15により締めつけ、ホース14に
連結したチユーブ16をプレート2に通して上方
に突出させているものである。然るにポンプ本体
4は小型であり、さらにタンク101内への挿入
取付に適する縦型に形成されているから、上面5
に設ける吐出口7と端子8,9とを接近させてい
る。このため、リード線12については問題がほ
とんどないが、リード線13の端子9との接続露
出部が震動などによりホースクリツプ15に接触
して短絡し、ポンプ本体4内のモータを回転させ
得なくなる。かかる欠点を除くため従来は第3図
に示す絶縁ブーツ18を前記の接続部に嵌めては
いるが、該ブーツ18の組付には、これを予めリ
ード線13に嵌めねばならないので作業性が悪
く、組付けに多くの時間がかかる。本考案はこれ
を廃止し、ホースクリツプ自体を、該クリツプの
取付後に側方から嵌め、しかもクリツプ自体によ
