Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧延されたアルミニウムであって、圧延方向を横切って延びる山部および谷 部を含む波状トポグラフィと、くぼみ構造とによる均一な粗面を有する圧延アル ミニウムシート。 2.上記山部と谷部とを含む波状トポグラフィが、少なくとも1.3のアスペク ト比と、隣接山部間の平均間隔5から200μmを有する請求項1に記載の圧延 アルミニウムシート。 3.上記くぼみ構造が、平均直径が1から20μmでアスペクト比が1.5より 大きくないくぼみからなる請求項1または2に記載の圧延アルミニウムシート。 4.上記波状トポグラフィの粗さが表面を水分保持性とするに十分であり、上記 くぼみ構造の粗さが有機的材料層を表面にしっかりと結合させるに十分である請 求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧延アルミニウムシートを含むリソグラフ板支 持体。 5.上記アルニウムシートの表面を覆うアルミニウム酸化膜が存在する請求項4 に記載のリソグラフ板支持体。 6.請求項5に記載のリソグラフ板支持体、上記アルミニウム酸化膜に結合し、 上記アルニウムシートの表面のある領域を覆う有機的材料層からなるリソグラフ 板。 7.2またはそれ以上にアルミニウムリボンから粗い表面を有するシートを製造 するにあたり、 a)2またはそれ以上のシートの積層体を提供するためにリボンの積 層圧延を行い、該積層体を、圧延中に上記積層の他のシートに対面する、光沢の 無い表面を夫々有する独立したシートに分離する工程と、 b)上記シートの光沢の無い表面を粗面化する工程とを含むことを特 徴とする粗い表面を有するシートの製造方法。 8.アルミニウムリボンからリソグラフ板支持体を製造するにあたり、 a)2またはそれ以上のシートの積層体を提供するためにリボンの積 層圧延を行い、該積層体を、圧延中に積層された他のシートと面した光沢の無い 表面を夫々有する独立したシートに分離する工程と、 b)有機材料層が、粗い表面にしっかりと結合するのに十分な程度ま で上記シートの光沢の無い表面を粗面化する工程とを含むことを特徴とするリソ グラフ板支持体の製造方法。 9.上記粗面化が電解により行われる請求項7または8に記載の製造方法。 10.上記粗面化の程度が、市販単一圧延アルミニウムシートでの粗面化の1% から80%である請求項8に記載の製造方法。
