孔10があけられている。また、ラジエータサポート4
の裏側にあって開口部8周囲の前記孔9の部位には、ヘ
ッドランプ本体1固定用のウエルドナット11が溶接さ
れている。なお、前記孔10の大きさは挿入ピン6を挿
入したときに孔10と挿入ピン6との隙間が最小となる
ように設定されているため、孔10に挿入ピン6を挿入
してヘッドランプ本体1をラジエータサポート4に仮保
持した際、ヘッドランプ本体1固定用の両孔7、9のセ
ンター合わせが自動的に行われ、前記ウエルドナット1
1にヘッドランプ本体1が固定される。

いう問題がある。また、仮保持用の挿入ピンが抜けたり
すると、ヘッドランプ本体が脱落して破損する恐れがあ
るという問題がある。さらに、挿入ピンとピン孔の隙間
が最小に設定されているため、複数の挿入ピンとピン孔
とを同時に挿入しようとするとセンター合わせが困難と
なり、ヘッドランプ本体をラジエータサポートに仮保持
するきの作業性が悪くなるだけではなく、仮保持作業中
に挿入ピンを損傷する恐れがあるという問題がある。上
記問題を解決しようとしてピン孔を大きくしたりする
と、ヘッドランプ本体の仮保持の作業性は向上するが、
挿入ピンが抜けやすくなると共にヘッドランプ本体固定
用の孔とラジエータサポートの孔とのセンター合わせが
困難になるという問題がある。本発明は、これら従来の
問題を解決することを目的としている。

孔16の中央部にはヘッドランプ本体1固定用の孔9が
あけられている。また、ラジエータサポート4の裏側の
前記孔9の部位には、ヘッドランプ本体1固定用のウエ
ルドナット11が溶接されている。また、図2に示すよ
うに、弾性爪13は挿入片14が孔16に挿入させられ
るときに挿入片14を弾性的に変形させると共に弾性爪
13の斜面が孔16の縁に当たってアーム部12が撓む
が、挿入片14が孔16の所定位置まで挿入されると挿
入片14が弾性復帰し、弾性爪13が孔16の奥側にひ
っかかって挿入片14の抜けを防止する。なお、挿入片
14と孔16の隙間は最小となるように設定されている
ため、挿入片14を孔16に挿入してヘッドランプ本体
1をラジエータサポート4に仮保持した際、ヘッドラン
プ本体1固定用の両孔7、9のセンター合わせが自動的
に行われ、前記ウエルドナット11にヘッドランプ本体
1が固定される。

爪の斜面をラジエータサポートの孔の縁に当てアーム部
の撓みにより挿入片を孔の中に突っ込むようにしたの
で、挿入片の挿入が容易となりヘッドランプ本体をラジ
エータサポートに仮保持する時の作業性を向上すること
ができるという効果がある。しかも、挿入片と孔の隙間
が最小となるように設定したので、挿入片を孔に挿入し
てヘッドランプ本体をラジエータサポートに仮保持した
際、ヘッドランプ本体の突片の孔とラジエータサポート
の孔のセンター合わせが自動的に行われ、ヘッドランプ
本体をラジエータサポートに固定する際の作業を容易に
行うことができるという効果がある。
