Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エナンチオマー純度が90%より高い(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエ タンアミン(S)−マレート。 2.エナンチオマー純度が99%より高い(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエ タンアミン(S)−マレート。 3.(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタンアミン(S)−マレート。 4.医薬的に許容される補助剤、希釈剤または担体との混合物中に請求項1〜3 の何れかに記載の(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタンアミン(S)−マ レートを含有する医薬処方物。 5.薬剤として使用するための請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)−α− フェニル−2−ピリジンエタンアミン(S)−マレート。 6.神経変性疾患の治療のための医薬の製造における活性成分としての請求項1 〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタンアミン( S)−マレートの使用。 7.患者に請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリ ジンエタンアミン(S)−マレートの治療有効量を投与することを包含する神経 変性疾患の治療方法。 8.投与する化合物の用量が所望の化合物の血漿中濃度と正比例する請求項7記 載の治療方法。 9.下記段階: (a)α−フェニル−2−ピリジンエタンアミンまたはその塩およびエナンチ オマー度が90%より高い(S)−リンゴ酸の混合物の溶液からの沈殿;または、 (b)エナンチオマー純度が90%より高い(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリジ ンエタンアミンまたはその塩、および、エナンチオマー純度が90%より高い(S )−リンゴ酸の混合物の溶液からの沈殿 を包含する請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)−α−フェニル−2−ピリ ジンエタンアミン(S)−マレートの製造方法。
