Abstract

PURPOSE: To satisfy ISO, 3449, and to lighten a cab head guard for a construction equipment for reducing a burden on a cab by installing a projecting arcuate steel plate to an upper section through a bracket mounted onto a cab head while interposing a rubber board between the bracket and the edge section of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A bracket 2 is fixed onto a cab head 1a, and a steel plate 4, in which an upper section is formed in a projecting arcuate shape, is set up by bolts. Consequently, strength is made higher than a plate. The edge sections of the steel plate 4 are fastened through rubber boards 3 at that time. Accordingly, a cab head guard for a construction equipment resists deformation, and an impact is absorbed, thus reducing damage to a cab. A rubber is used for mounting, thus further absorbing the impact.

することを目的とする。

キャブ本体である。キャブヘッド1aにはブラケット2
が固着され鋼板4がボルト5で取付けられている。鋼板
4は上に凸の円弧状に形成され、端縁部をゴム板3を介
し固定されている。鋼板を円弧状に形成したので、従来
の平板状鋼板に比し、強度を上げることができる。因み
に従来の平板鋼板では約90kgもあったが、円弧状にし
たため50kg程度即ち約45%減らしても十分に同等の
強度を持たせることができる。又弧状鋼板に帯板を取付
けるビ−ディング加工を施すならば、上に凸の円弧状に
したことと相埃ってさらに強度を上げることができる。

ドが変形した際でも、キャブに与える被害を少なくすま
せられる。また取付けにゴムを使用することでさらに衝
撃を吸収することができる。
