ードの出力信号の差分をそれぞれ算出して、前記磁気膜
の反射光によるノイズを消去し、前記欠陥の散乱光に対
する欠陥パルスを出力する、n個の差分回路よりなる差
分演算部を設けて構成されたことを特徴とする、磁気デ
ィスクの磁気膜欠陥検査装置。
