【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 当て板と加圧部と操作部及び位置決めプ
レ−トとを有し、 当て板は後面を加工する管端面に押し当てて基準面を定
めるものであり、外周部は管外面より突出して形成さ
れ、 加圧部は加工する管内径より小さな外形に形成され、当
て板の中央部後方に一定距離を隔てて固定された支持板
と、当て板と支持板の中心を貫通して取り付けられ、圧
縮ばねで後方に付勢された主軸と、主軸の後端部に圧縮
ばねを介して取付けられたトラニオンと、一端部がトラ
ニオンに回動自在に取り付けられ、主軸の軸心と同一面
内で回動する少なくとも3個のア−ムと、支持板の外周
端の均等に分割した位置に主軸の軸心に対して直交して
取り付けられたガイドブロックと、ア−ムの他端部が回
動自在に取り付けられ、ガイドブロックに沿って主軸の
軸心と直交する方向に移動する加圧軸と、各加圧軸の先
端部に取付けられた加圧ヘッドとを有し、 操作部は当て板の前面に突出した主軸の先端部に回動自
在に取り付けられたレバ−と、レバ−の短節の先端部に
回動自在に取り付けられ、当て板の前面に当接するロ−
ラとを有し、 位置決めプレ−トはあらかじめ定められた一定長さを有
し、当て板の外周部の少なくとも3個所の後面に取り付
けられていることを特徴とする位置決め治具。
