口栓付きキャップは、容器3の口頸部4に着脱自在に螺
合されるキャップ本体1と、該キャップ本体1に内装さ
れた口栓2とから構成されており、キャップ本体1の頂
板14から垂設された棒状栓体141に、口栓2の注出孔24

たとき口頸部端面側外周部に嵌合可能に設けられたこと

壁13が頂板14から垂設された構成であり、取着筒壁11の
先端側内周部に設けられた捩子111を口頸部4の外周部
に設けられた捩子41に螺合させることにより、キャップ
本体1全体が容器3に着脱自在に取着される。取着壁筒
11の捩子111は略中段から大径に設けられた内周部に形
成されており、頂板14側の内周部には口栓2の脱落を防
止するために突条112が形成されている。第1図〜第3
図に示した口栓付きキャップに於いては、封止筒壁12が
取着筒壁11に囲われ、口頸部4の上端面に対向して頂板
14から垂設されており、取着筒壁11が口頸部4に螺合取
着されたとき、封止筒壁12の先端部と容器3の口頸部4
端面とで口栓2のフランジ部21を気密に圧接挟持可能に
形成されている。取着筒壁11を囲んで形成された化粧筒
壁13は、取着筒壁11が口頸部4に螺合取着されたとき、
容器3の胴部外周壁と同一面となるように形成されてい
る。 口栓2はフランジ部21と、該フランジ部21の上面に突設
された起立筒壁22、及び下面外方に略屁状に傾斜して設
けられた注出案内壁23とからなり、起立筒壁22の外周部
上端に設けられたリブ221が、前記取着筒壁11の突条112
を乗り越えて取着筒壁11の内周面に抜脱可能に圧入され
ているので、キャップ本体1を容器3に装着するとき、
あるいは外すときに口栓2がキャップ本体1から不用意
に脱落することがない。起立筒壁22の内周部には、口栓
2を上下反転したとき口頸部4の端面側外周部に設けら
れた溝部42に嵌合可能な突条222が形成されている。
尚、リブ221は突条222を溝部42に嵌合したとき、取着筒
壁11の太径に設けられた内周部を臨む位置に設けられ、
注出案内壁23は突条112より低く設けられている。従っ
て、口栓2を上下反転して口頸部4に嵌合させたとき、
リブ21と注出案内壁23を取着筒壁11に全く接触すること
なくキャップ本体1を容器3の口頸部4に着脱すること
が可能である。 上記構成の本考案になる口栓付きキャップの使用例を説
明すると、第1図に示す様にコーヒー、ジュース等の液
体(図示せず)を充填した容器3の口頸部4の端面に、
アルミ箔と高分子樹脂フィルムを積層したガスバリアー
性に優れた複合シート5を貼着することによって容器3
の注出口Aを密封した後、取着筒壁11の捩子111を介し
て口頸部4に着脱自在に取着させると、キャップ本体1
の頂板14が複合シート5の保護部材として機能するた
め、流通段階等で過って破断することが危険がない。キ
ャップ本体1を口頸部4より外すとキャップ本体1の奥
に内装された口栓2は、フランジ部21の先端211に指を
掛けて引くと簡単に取り出すことが出来る。口栓2の上
下を反転し、複合シート5を剥がした容器3の溝部42に
起立筒壁22の突条222を嵌合させると、注出案内壁23が
注出口Aの上部に配設されるので液垂れすることなく収
納液体の注出が可能となる。キャップ本体1を再度口頸
部4に螺合取着させると、封止筒壁12と容器3の口頸部
4端面とで口栓2のフランジ部21を圧接挟持するため、
容器の開口部Aが気密状態に封止される。従って、容器
3内に残存した液体は密封状態で保管される。 第4図〜第5図に示した口栓付きキャップは、キャップ
本体1の封止筒壁12が容器3の口頸部4の口径より大き
