装置として、誘電加熱によって行う場合、送り出すロー
ルを均一に加熱するために処理されるフィルム面と電極
の間隔をロールの巻径の変化に伴い一定に保ち、且つ巻
取側のロールの巻取速度を調節するロール状帯材の加熱
装置(特公昭52−14451号公報参照)等が開示さ
