【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は水平及び円管の中心点観測用レベルに関するも
のである。在来のレベルは建築工事等に於いて古くから
広く認識されて利用されており、その構成は木製又はア
ルミ材製等直方体定規本体の長手方向及び短手方向の二
方向に亘って、水中の気泡移動を観測する二個の水平観
測具を貫通設置せしめて成し、平行な上下面のどちらか
らでも長手方向及び短手方向各れの方向への傾斜情況を
観測窓から観測可能に成されている。工事中には、上下
水道工事等に利用する大径の円管設置作業時に於いて、
該円管の中心点を計測したい場合が屡々ある。その場
合、両側端位置を掌握出来る時にはその中間点が中心点
であることは原始的な方法ながら簡易に理解出来るが、
断面方向から観て上方部迄略埋設されてしまっていて、
頭頂円弧面が一部露出している情況に於いて、中心点を
観測する機能を前記在来レベルに求めることは、基本機
能を超越する作業であって、当然ながら不可能であり、
別途の計測手段を講ずる他はない。そこで、本考案は上
記問題点を解決するために成されたもので、直方体定規
本体の長手方向の上面中央部から長手方向の下面中央部
に貫通形成した長穴状の穿孔部と、当該長穴状の穿孔部
の上面中央部から下面両端部に湾曲させて取り付け、内
部には直方体定規本体の長手円弧方向に水中の気泡が移
動する円弧管と、上記直方体定規本体の上面中央部の長
穴状の穿孔部の近傍に平行して形成した短穴状の穿孔部
と、当該短穴状の穿孔部に嵌入し、上記直方体定規本体
