Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing material for closing a toner discharge port whose rupture strength is improved and which is prevented from being broken or elongated by adding a strength layer using a substance obtained by knitting fibrous matter in grid shape or sheet-like matter made of resin or metal. CONSTITUTION:The sealing material 10 is constituted by superposing a heat resistant layer 1, the 1st strength layer 5, the 2nd strength layer 2 made of nylon, a heat resistant layer 3 and a welding layer 4 in order. The welding layer # is welded on a toner discharge port. The 1st layer 5 is obtained by knitting the fibrous substance, chemical fiber, metallic fiber and the like in the lattice state. By providing the 1st layer 5, the sealing material is prevented from being broken halfway or being elongated even when the sealing material 10 is peeled. It is conceivable to use the sheet-like substance made of the resin or the metal as the 1st layer 5. By making the strength layer 5 in two-layer structure, the strength of the sealing material is improved and the sealing material is prevented from being broken and elongated.
