Then, as a method for attaching the decorative veneer and the backing sheet for the production of this backing veneer sheet, either the backing sheet or the decorative veneer is used, and in many cases, it is directly attached to one side of the backing sheet side. After applying the agent, the mating members are overlapped with each other, and they are pressure-bonded and integrated by cold pressure and heat pressure. Known examples of these specific methods can be found in, for example, JP-A-63-188001, JP-A-62-25004 and JP-B-64-2058.

First, when the backing sheet is pasted after applying the adhesive directly to the decorative veneer side, the veneer absorbs moisture and solvent in the adhesive after the adhesive is applied. In addition to causing harmful deformation such as curling and shaving, it becomes difficult to attach the backing sheet to the backing sheet. May be polluted. For this reason, in many cases
After applying an adhesive to the backing sheet side, a decorative veneer is attached to this, but even in this case,
Not only does the adhesive penetrate into the backing sheet, and the adhesive may blow out to the opposite side of the coated surface, but it also swells the backing sheet made of non-woven fabric or paper, causing wrinkles and tears, and also sticking a decorative veneer. It becomes difficult to perform the matching work. Also, when the decorative veneer is pasted on the wrinkled backing sheet, not only the backing veneer sheet itself of the product becomes unsightly with wrinkles on the surface, but also stuck to the base material. In this case, there is a problem that defective adhesion tends to occur at the wrinkled portion of the back surface.

Furthermore, as described above, when the adhesive is applied to the backing sheet, it penetrates deeply into the backing sheet, so that the backing sheet becomes hard as the adhesive hardens, and the backing sheet with a decorative veneer attached is applied. The plate sheet itself has poor flexibility and is highly rigid. For this reason, it is not only difficult to wind the lined decorative veneer sheet into a roll state for transportation and storage, but also when it is used, it is attached in a bent state to a bent portion or a corner portion of the base material. In this case, the veneer sheet is difficult to bend along the surface of the base material, and as a result, a raised portion due to improper contact is generated, or cracks are generated, and a good finished state of the decorative surface cannot be obtained. There was such a problem.

On the other hand, as a measure to prevent wrinkling of the backing material as described above, conventionally, a backing sheet such as a non-woven fabric is heated with a heating roller to apply an adhesive, and a decorative veneer is attached in a gel state of the adhesive. Improvement means have been proposed (for example, JP-A-63-341).
36, JP-A-63-249601). This improving means can be evaluated as effective for the desired prevention of wrinkles, but it cannot prevent the penetration of the adhesive into the backing sheet in the process of gelling after the application of the adhesive. Therefore, it is impossible to prevent the curing of the backing sheet based on the above-mentioned adhesive impregnation curing and the deterioration of the flexibility of the backing decorative veneer sheet, and it is difficult to store it in a wound state. In addition, the problem that the workability is inferior cannot be eliminated.

Means for Solving the Problems In the above-mentioned object, the present invention applies an adhesive to the surface of a release sheet having a non-adhesive surface, and water contained in the adhesive, and a semi-dried state by volatilizing a solvent. After that, a backing sheet or a wooden decorative veneer is laminated and adhered on the semi-dry adhesive layer, and then the release sheet is peeled and removed to transfer the adhesive layer to the backing sheet or the wooden decorative veneer side. A method for producing a backing decorative veneer sheet is characterized in that the veneered veneer sheet or the backing sheet is superposed on the exposed surface of the adhesive layer, and the veneered backing sheet and the backing sheet are adhered together.

For the application of the adhesive to the release sheet (1), it is advantageous in efficiency that a continuous release sheet is unrolled from its winding roll and continuously applied with a roll coater or the like. It may be applied individually to release sheets cut into predetermined dimensions. The application amount of the adhesive depends on the kind of the adhesive, but is generally about 100 to 250 g / m 2 , particularly 150 to 200 g / m 2 , and is generally about.

Next, in a second step, the adhesive (2) is semi-dried (se
Dry to the mi-dry) state. This semi-dry means
Moisture or solvent content contained in the adhesive is volatilized to some extent, and the penetration into non-woven fabric or paper used as a backing sheet or wood decorative veneer is sufficiently suppressed, regardless of the state of incomplete curing or the degree of curing. Desirably, it means a concept including a dry state that retains a certain degree of tackiness on the surface and has a so-called heat-recovery property that activates by heating to develop an adhesive force. The treatment method for semi-drying is not particularly limited, and includes leaving at room temperature for a predetermined time, but generally, using a dryer, positive ventilation such as blowing, infrared irradiation, far infrared irradiation, etc. For efficiency, it is preferable to perform a drying treatment.

Next, as a third step, as shown in FIG. 2, the backing sheet (3) or the decorative veneer is laminated on the adhesive (2) layer which has been in the semi-dried state as described above, and this is cold-pressed. Laminate. As the member to be bonded to the adhesive layer in this step, either the backing sheet (3) or the decorative veneer to be laminated with each other as described above may be used, but generally, the backing sheet is relatively stronger. It is preferable in terms of work because it is excellent and hardly breaks or tears. As the backing sheet (3) used here, any conventionally known backing material can be arbitrarily selected and used.
For example, papers such as Japanese paper and kraft paper, synthetic resin fibers such as polyester and nylon, non-woven fabrics such as natural fibers and inorganic fibers, woven fabrics thereof, synthetic resin films or sheets, and two or more materials thereof. A laminated composite sheet according to can be used. Further, the above-mentioned laminating means may be one in which the adhesive (2) is temporarily attached to the backing sheet (3) or the decorative veneer side, and therefore it can be suitably carried out by cold pressing with a roll press, for example.
Then, in the case of temporarily storing in this state, it is temporarily wound into a roll state as necessary, but this is not a necessary item in the present invention.

Then, as a fifth step, as shown in FIG. 3, the decorative veneer (4) or the backing sheet (3) as a mating member is overlaid on the adhesive (2) layer exposed as described above, and heat is applied. And backing sheet (3) and decorative veneer (4) are bonded and integrated by compressing them while cold or cold to develop the original adhesive force of the adhesive layer, and the backing decorative veneer sheet (5) as a product ) Get. The decorative veneer (4) used here is not limited to a single piece of wood veneer, but may be laminated veneer, artificial grain veneer, horizontal perforated veneer, continuous veneer by vertical splicing, etc. Is a dry veneer with a water content of 20% or less, which has been subjected to dimensional stabilization treatment, such as acetyl treatment, formal treatment, isocyanate treatment, graft treatment, and impregnation treatment with a polyoxyethylene derivative such as polyethylene glycol or polypropylene glycol. Those which have been subjected to bleaching treatment, alkali treatment, dyeing treatment and the like are used. The thickness of the decorative veneer is not particularly limited, but a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.8 mm is preferably used. In addition, the above-mentioned laminating of the decorative veneer (4) is carried out by using a butt joint on a long backing sheet (3),
The joints may be arranged side by side with no gap using a joint means such as a finger joint or a scarf joint that is inconspicuous, or may be arranged in an intermittent state with a predetermined gap. The joining operation by pressing may be performed by any means, and it may be performed hot or cold depending on the kind of the adhesive by using an arbitrary pressing device such as a flat plate press or a roll press. it can.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, as described above, the adhesive is once applied onto the release sheet, and after semi-drying it, the adhesive is transferred to the backing sheet or the decorative veneer. In the step of applying the adhesive, the adhesive does not penetrate deeply into the backing sheet or the decorative veneer due to water content or solvent content. Therefore, wrinkling due to swelling of these members does not occur, and they can be easily and accurately bonded to each other without any trouble, and a uniform backing decorative veneer sheet with no quality defects is provided. Obtainable.

Also, in the state of the product in which the backing sheet and the decorative veneer are laminated, the adhesive layer mainly exists mainly at the joint interface of both members or in the vicinity thereof, and most of their thickness is impregnated with the adhesive. Since the part which is not applied is retained, the member itself is not hardened due to the impregnation and hardening of the adhesive.
Therefore, it is possible to obtain a highly flexible product, and it is possible to wind it into a roll for storage and the like without any trouble, and at the time of use, easily bend it along the corners of the base material. As in the case of a conventional product having high rigidity, a good makeup finish can be obtained without causing partial adhesion failure, floating portion, or cracking. Furthermore, as described above, the adhesive hardly penetrates into the decorative veneer, and it is possible to almost certainly prevent the adhesive from blowing on the surface of the veneer. Thus, after polishing the surface with a sander etc., the colorant is applied. Even when you do
A beautiful colored finished state can be obtained without causing uneven coloring due to partial blowing of the adhesive.

Examples Example 1 A water-based vinyl urethane resin adhesive was applied to a non-adhesive release-treated surface of a release paper having a release treatment on one side, using a roll-type adhesive application device. This coating material was approximately 200 g / m 2 . Next, the release paper to which the adhesive had been applied was introduced into a dryer and subjected to a drying treatment at 100 ° C. for 1 minute to make the adhesive a predetermined semi-dried state. Subsequently, a polyester non-woven fabric (13) having a basis weight of 23 g / m 2 was separately used as a backing material, which was superposed on the adhesive surface of the release paper and guided between a pair of pressure-bonding rolls to bond the two. Then, after this bonding, it was once wound into a roll.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the non-woven fabric with release paper is pulled out from the roll, and the release paper is peeled off from one end,
The adhesive layer was transferred to the non-woven fabric side. Then, it was transferred to the non-woven fabric side. Then, on the exposed surface of the adhesive on this non-woven fabric, a wood decorative veneer with a thickness of 0.3 mm is placed side by side without a gap, and a temperature of 150 ° C. is set by a hot roll press machine.
Then, the decorative veneer and the nonwoven fabric were bonded and integrated by heating and pressing with, to obtain a backing decorative veneer sheet as a product. The veneer sheet can be sequentially wound on rolls for storage and transportation.

The backing decorative veneer sheet obtained by this example is a non-woven fabric as a backing material, and the permeation of the adhesive from the adhesive surface of the decorative veneer is slightly recognized in the vicinity of the adhesive interface, its deep layer. No permeation was observed, and no blowout of the adhesive was observed on the outer surface. Moreover, when compared with the products obtained in the comparative examples described later, the products were highly flexible as a whole. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, this is put on the upper surface and both side surfaces of the base material (21) having chamfered corner portions (22) having an angle of about 45 ° on both side edges, and acetic acid on the surfaces beforehand. When applied after applying a vinyl resin adhesive, it can be easily and accurately bent along the above corners, and it can be applied in a beautiful finished state without floating or cracking. there were.
