Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本発明は、溶接鋼管の帯板縁部成形用の下ロールに関す
る。

が小外径でかつ左右両端部が大外径をなす下ロールと
か、又特開昭57−209722号公報の場合のように、上記下
ロールを左右に二分割して左右一対をなす下ロールが知
られている。

曲部を帯板縁部に形成させるから、造管サイズが変わる
たびに上記ロールを交換することが必要となる。そのた
めのロール交換の手数は大であり、又造管サイズ数に対
応する数のロールが必要であった。

ると共に併せてその下ロール数を減少できるよう設けた
ものである。

「実施例」 まず第1図が示す第1実施例について説明すると、1,1
は左右に二分割された下ロールで、これ等分割下ロール
はロール軸2外面にそれ等両ロール間の調整が可能に嵌
着されている。その左右の分割下ロール1,1は、その両
ロール間内方側が小外径でかつ外方側が大外径をなす複
数の段付きロールとするもので、図示例では小、中、大
の三段ロールとしている。それ等径を異にする各段部に
はそれぞれ曲率半径R1,R2,R3を異にする凹状弯曲面3,4,
5を周設する。各凹状弯曲面は、図示のように小外径段
部に小径サイズ用凹状弯曲面3を、中外径段部に中径サ
イズ用凹状弯曲面4を、大外径段部に大径サイズ用凹状
弯曲面5をそれぞれ形成するとよく、各凹状弯曲面の各
内方側部分には適当長さのフラット部6…を付設してい
る。各段部と段部との継ぎ目等の部分7にはロール傷発
生防止のためのアールを付けるとよい。

行う。また下ロールの駆動に関しては、ロールの外周速
度を一定に保つように無段変速機等を用いる。

の段付きロールとなし、これ等外径を異にする各段付き
ロールの段部毎に、造管サイズに応じてそれぞれ異なる
単一の曲率半径の凹状弯曲面を周設すると共に、各凹状
弯曲面に連続する内方側をフラットに形成したから、各
段付きロールの凹状面に対応した単一曲率半径の上ロー
ルを用いることにより、必要な曲げ長さを単一曲げ半径
で正確に曲げ成形することができ、しかも、造管サイズ
に応じて、使用する段付きロール部を選ぶことにより、
下ロールの組替えの手数を省くことが出来る。
