Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体の蒸発ならびにその後の凝縮のための蒸留装置(1)で、プラスチック フィルム(11)のような薄いフィルム材で形成され、互いに向かい合わせに配 置された複数の偏平な袋状エレメント(3)で、該エレメントの外面(2)に沿 って流れ、蒸発される液体と該エレメントの内部に向けられ凝縮される蒸気との 間の熱交換器の役割を果たす袋状エレメントと、生成された蒸気が該エレメント の内部に向けられる前にその圧力と温度を上げるためのコンプレッサ(15)と を有する蒸留装置であって、 各袋状エレメント(3)の上端に、該エレメントとほぼ同じ幅のはちの巣構造の エンドストリップ(4)が設けられており、該エンドストリップは互いに隔壁( 24)で分離された平行な供給ダクト(26)を含んでおり、該ダクトは該蒸発 される液体をエレメント表面の全幅にわたって分配するものであることを特徴と する蒸留装置。 2.前記エンドストリップ(4)が、二つの対向する壁(23)の間の空間が相 互に平行な隔壁(24)により幅の等しい平行なダクト(26)に分割されてい るはちの巣ボード(22)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の蒸留装置。 3.前記エンドストリップ(4)がプラスチック製であることを特徴とする請求 項1あるいは2の蒸留装置。 4.前記エンドストリップ(4)に含まれる前記液体供給ダクト(26)が該エ ンドストリップの一端(27)から始まり、該エンドストリップの側面(28) に向かって斜めに向けられ、該側面から液体が分配されることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし3のいずれか一項の蒸留装置。 5.異なる前記エレメント(3)の前記供給ダクト(26)がエンドストリップ (4)の横の共通の液体容器(5)から始まることを特徴とする請求項4の蒸留 装置。 6.前記エンドストリップ(4)がはちの巣構造を含み、該はちの巣構造におい て、二つの対向する壁(23)の間の空間が、前記蒸発される液体を前記エレメ ントの外面(21)に供給するための平行なダクト(26)に分割され、また、 対向する二つの壁によってできる隣接空間が凝縮させられる蒸気を該エレメント の内部に供給する平行なダクト(25)に分割されていることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし5のいずれか一項の蒸留装置。 7.前記エンドストリップ(4)がはちの巣構造を含み、該はちの巣構造の中間 において、二つの対向する壁の間の空間が、前記凝縮させられる蒸気を前記エレ メントの内部に供給するダクト(25)に分割され、また該空間の両側において 、二つの対向する壁(23)の間の空間が、前記蒸発されられる液体を前記エレ メントの外面(21)上に供給するダクト(26)に分割されていることを特徴 とする請求項6の蒸留装置。 8.前記袋状エレメント(3)の各々の下端に、該エレメントとほぼ等しい幅の はちの巣構造のエンドストリップ(7)が設けられており、該エンドストリップ は、蒸発しないで残った前記液体のための複数の平行な出口ダクト(32)を含 むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項の蒸留装置。 9.前記エレメント(3)の下端の前記エンドストリップ(7)が、プラスチッ ク製のはちの巣ボード(29)を含み、該はちの巣ボードにおいて、二つの対向 する壁の間の空間が相互に平行な横断隔壁により、等しい幅の平行なダクト(3 2)に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項8の蒸留装置。 10.前記エレメントの下端の前記エンドストリップ(7)がはちの巣構造を有 し、該はちの巣構造の中間において二つの対向する壁の間の空間が、前記エレメ ントの内部で凝縮される液体のための平行な出口ダクト(31)に分割され、該 空間の両側において、二つの対向する壁の間の空間が、前記エレメントの外面( 21)上で蒸発しないで残った前記液体のための出口ダクト(32)に分割され ていることを特徴とする請求項8あるいは9の蒸留装置。
