2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are many shoe soles having a ventilation structure. As a structure in which ventilation into the shoe upper is considered, for example, a structure in which a through hole is directly provided in the shoe sole body, and a structure in which a midsole or an insole is provided with a ventilation structure are general. In particular, for men's shoes, the demand for lightness, softness, and waterproofness has been increasing, and the mainstream has shifted from conventional leather soles to synthetic resin soles. Sexual problems are emerging. In particular, synthetic resin shoe soles are excellent in terms of lightness, softness, and waterproofness due to their material characteristics, but lack of breathability and moisture permeability, so what kind of stuffiness may occur inside the shoe upper? It was a big issue for synthetic resin soles to be resolved.

As a measure against this stuffiness, in the conventional product, a through hole communicating from the ground contact surface side of the shoe sole to the inside of the shoe upper or a through hole communicating from the side surface of the shoe sole to the inside of the shoe upper is provided. Means have been adopted. However, all of the known techniques having these ventilation structures have defects and are not satisfactory. For example, in the case where a through hole is provided directly from the ground surface side of the shoe sole body, in order to prepare for moisture and foreign matter that enter from the through hole, reducing the through hole will ensure sufficient air inside the shoe upper. There is a defect that it is difficult to flow in, and conversely, if it is increased, it is difficult to prevent infiltration of moisture and foreign matter.
Further, there is a "shoe" disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-120801, which has a through hole communicating with the inside of the shoe upper from the side surface of the shoe sole. In such a publicly known example, a cavity is provided in the entire inside of the shoe sole, and an air pumping layer of a mechanism for pumping air when stepped on is laid in the cavity, and The air taken in from the side is forced to be blown into the shoe upper by the air pressure layer, but in reality, the sole of the shoe wearer and the air pressure layer are in close contact with each other to prevent air circulation. It was a structure, there was no place for air to escape, it was difficult to forcefully blow air from the side of the shoe sole, it was difficult to obtain ventilation to the sole that feels the most stuffy, and effectively effective effect could not be obtained. .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The feeling of stuffiness when wearing shoes is
The main causes are increased humidity due to perspiration from the soles of the feet, body temperature accumulated in the shoe upper, and increased temperature due to friction during walking. Also, the place where you feel the most stuffiness is around the toe area, where the outside air inflow is the least due to the shoe structure.
Effectively take in air from the heel or foot of the foot,
It is a technical subject to provide a shoe sole capable of efficiently feeding this around the toes of the sole.

According to the present invention, the net sheet made of metal or synthetic resin covering the through hole provided in the heel and / or the tread prevents the intrusion of earth and sand or foreign matter entering from the heel and / or the tread. It is configured to prevent. Therefore, a large amount of air can be taken in by piercing the through hole itself, and since the upper layer of the mesh sheet has an elastic void layer formed of an elastic mesh material or a synthetic resin plate, The void layer expands and contracts in response to the landing pressure of the shoe wearer during running or walking, and the air interposed in the void layer is forced to flow upward through the opening of the shielding plate. Further, the air that has passed through the shielding plate is forced to flow into the shoe upper by being similarly subjected to the landing pressure by the synthetic fiber three-dimensional mesh plate on the upper part thereof. That is, the present invention installs a mesh sheet that prevents foreign matter from entering the position closest to the ground, and has a void layer above it.
Further, by providing a shield plate for preventing rain and water from entering the upper part thereof and a multi-layered structure formed of a three-dimensional mesh for promoting circulation, the air circulation function can be effectively operated.

Next, FIG. 7 shows a synthetic fiber three-dimensional mesh plate 10 to be mounted on the shielding sheet 5, which is mounted and formed so as to be embedded in a recess 6 formed in the upper surface of the sole body 1. Has been. The synthetic fibrous three-dimensional mesh plate 10 is made of a material which has a restoring property by landing pressure and can form an air intervening layer, and is an elastic mesh in which synthetic resin fibers are three-dimensionally (helix-like) bundled. Wood is suitable.
Therefore, the three-dimensional mesh plate 10 may be the same material as the elastic mesh material 4 having the void layer 8 as shown in FIG.

Therefore, according to the invention, a large amount of air can be directly taken into the shoe upper by the through hole provided in the heel and / or the tread, and particularly, the heel and / or the tread. Since the mesh sheet is configured to effectively prevent the infiltration of earth and sand and foreign matter that intrude from the portion, the size of the through hole itself can be made as large as possible, and the ventilation effect can be effectively exerted. Further, since the upper layer of the mesh sheet has an elastic void layer formed of an elastic mesh material or a synthetic resin plate, air intervening in the void layer due to the landing pressure of the shoe wearer during running or walking, It can be forced to flow upward. Further, the shielding plate provided on the upper part of the void layer blocks water from below and allows only air to flow upward from the opening. Further, the three-dimensional mesh plate made of synthetic fiber provided on the upper part of the shielding plate also expands and contracts under the landing pressure, and the air sent from below can be forced to flow into and out of the shoe upper. Therefore, according to the present invention, the air in the shoe upper is always circulated by a natural walking motion, and even when it is raining, the shoe sole is always rich in comfort without allowing water to enter the shoe upper. It was something that we could provide.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a shielding sheet 5 which is to be mounted on the upper surface of the void layer 8 and blocks water from entering from below. As the shielding sheet 5, a thin sheet material such as a nylon plate having good water resistance is used. Further, the shielding sheet 5 has an opening 9 through which air flows.
Is formed. The position of the opening 9 is, as shown in FIG. 10, a through hole 2 formed in the heel and the tread of the sole body 1.
It is desirable to provide it in the middle corresponding part, that is, in the vicinity of just above the crosspiece 11 of the shoe sole body. When it is provided at this position, the water entering from the through hole 2 is blocked at a position other than the opening 9 portion of the shielding sheet 5, and only the air can pass through the opening 9 and flow upward.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the shoe sole of the present invention formed by these constituent members. FIG. 9 shows the mesh sheet 3, the void layer 8, in the recess 6 of the shoe sole body 1. It shows a state in which the shielding sheet 5 and the three-dimensional mesh plate 11 are sequentially stacked. Therefore, according to the present invention, the air flowing out from the through-hole 2 of the shoe original text body 1, compressed by a landing pressure shoe wearer to the void layer 8, the restoring action of the shielding sheet 5 opening
After passing through 9 , it reaches the three-dimensional mesh plate 10 and flows through the three-dimensional mesh plate 10 to the entire sole of the shoe wearer.
