この発明は杭頭部を補強する基礎杭の施工法に

出願人は先に地盤中に埋設された既製杭の頭部
外周に鋼管からなるケーシングを埋設して曲げモ
ーメントが大きく作用する杭頭部の補強方法に関
連する発明を提案した。(特開昭57−108325号公
報参照)
ところで近年杭の打撃工法に代つて低騒音、低
振動による既製杭の埋設工法として中掘り工法、
プレボーリング工法が多用されるに至つている。

が大径の鋼管に前記ボルト挿通孔にボルトを挿通
して回転装置を取付けてねじりモーメントを加え
ることにより、その鋼管を回転させ、杭頭部外周
の地盤中にねじ込みして埋設し、次いでボルトお
よび回転装置を外し、前記ボルト挿通孔にアンカ
ー鉄筋を挿入して取付ける施工法である。
