Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 捻れ方向の抵抗力で手首、手指および肘を強
化する新規の握力強化用具を提供することを目的とす
る。 【構成】 コイルバネ１と、コイルバネ１の一方半分に
抜去不能および回転不能に被着した筒状の一方握り体２
と、同コイルバネ１の他方半分に抜去不能および回転不
能に被着した筒状の他方握り体３とからなるものであ
る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、握力を強化発達させるために用いる握力強化用具に関する。

【従来の技術】
ゴルフクラブ、野球バッド、テニスラケットなどのスウィングには強い握力が 要求され極めて大事な要素となっている。 従来、手首や手指を強くする握力強化のために、いろいろのアイデア商品たと えば、グリップの形をしたもの、ドーナツ型のゴムなどが知られているが、これ 等はいずれも捻れ方向の抵抗力で手首、手指等を強化する要素をもっていないも のであった。

【考案が解決しょうとする課題】
本考案は、捻れ方向の抵抗力で手首、手指および肘を強化する新規の握力強化 用具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本考案に係わる握力強化用具は、コイルバネ１と、 コイルバネ１の一方半分に抜去不能および回転不能に被着した筒状の一方握り体 ２と、同コイルバネ１の他方半分に抜去不能および回転不能に被着した筒状の他 方握り体３とからなるものである。

【作用】
本考案に係わる握力強化用具は上記の通りであるので、使用者は先ず一方握り 体を一方の手で他方握り体を他方の手で同時に強く握り持ち、恰も雑巾をしぼる ような手つきで両手を捻り方向に廻し、よって両手にコイルバネ１の応力すなわ ち上記捻り方向と反対の向きの反発力を両手に受けたのち両手または片方の手の 力を抜き、この力抜きによりコイルバネ１が元に戻った直後に上記の両手による 強い握り持ち操作、同両手の捻り方向への廻し操作および両手または片方の手の 力抜き操作を順に繰り返し行い、反復してコイルバネ１の応力を両手に受けて同 両手の手首、手指および肘を同時に強化する等の用法に供するものである。

【実施例】
図に示す実施例は、軟質の合成樹脂材料を以て一端を閉塞した筒状の握り体２ 、３の一対を構成し、これ等握り体２、３をコイルバネ１の一方半分および他方 半分に抜けたり廻ったりしないよう被せ嵌めたものである。
【０００７】 本考案は、握り体２、３を上記軟質合成樹脂以外の柔軟材料または硬質材料で 構成すること、握り体２、３の表面に滑止めを設けて実施することができる。

【考案の効果】
本考案は上記のような構成であるので、上記のような用法に供すれば捻れ方向 の抵抗力で両手の手首、手指および肘を同時に強化できるものであって、新規の 握力強化用具を提供するという所期の目的を完全に達成できる優れた効果を有す るものである。

  1. 【請求項１】 コイルバネ１と、コイルバネ１の一方半
    分に抜去不能および回転不能に被着した筒状の一方握り
    体２と、同コイルバネ１の他方半分に抜去不能および回
    転不能に被着した筒状の他方握り体３とからなることを
    特徴とする握力強化用具。
