In such conventional containers, in order to maintain airtightness, it is better to have a larger mating surface area when the protruding stripes provided on the upper end of the side wall of the container body and the recessed stripes provided on the lower surface of the outer periphery of the lid body are mated. However, it is difficult to form large protrusions, and furthermore, the strength of the protrusions inevitably decreases, and the protrusions may break during use, resulting in a reduction in the strength of the fit between the two. Additionally, this may make it difficult to maintain airtightness.

This is achieved by the mating relationship between one of the type fitting parts and the other part of the concave-convex type fitting part provided on the lower surface of the outer periphery of the lid body, and the engagement between the two is achieved by the engagement between the outer surface of the engagement wall of the lid body and the container that are in contact with each other. This is achieved by the engagement relationship between the concave and convex portions for closing the lid provided between the upper inner surfaces of the side walls of the main body.
When the lid is closed, the concave and convex portion for engaging the lid is located below the concave and convex type fitting portion for maintaining airtightness, so that the engagement wall of the lid on which one of the concave and convex portions for engaging the lid is provided, Prior to the fitting of the uneven fitting part, the uneven fitting part is guided to fit in the correct fitting position while the uneven fitting part is in contact with the upper inner surface of the side wall of the container body, and the lid is attached to the container body. It can press the body. At this time, due to the synergistic effect of the elasticity of the material due to the entire structure being made of foamed synthetic resin and the elasticity of the shape due to the bottom surface of the engagement wall being formed into a free end shape, the bottom surface of the engagement wall faces toward the inside of the container. Therefore, when the lid is closed, the operation can be performed smoothly without damaging the convex portion provided on one of the upper inner surface of the side wall and the outer surface of the engaging wall of the container body. Even when the lids are removed from the container bodies and stacked, one of the concave and convex fitting portions serves as a support for the upper container body during stacking, and these can be supported without buckling. In addition, by not providing one concave part of the concave and convex part for lid-closing engagement during molding and pressing the other convex part into contact with the lid-closing operation, the surface to which this comes into contact becomes concave, and as a result, the concave part If the engaging wall is made to have a concave shape, or if the center positions of one and the other of the uneven parts are shifted vertically, or if the outer surface of the engagement wall is formed into an inclined surface with its lower end facing outward from the vertical surface, , it becomes possible to strengthen the mutual engagement relationship by force fitting.

The details of the container according to the present invention will be further explained based on the attached drawings. Fig. 1 shows an example of such a container, and the one shown as 1 in the figure is a rectangular box-shaped container made of foamed polystyrene, foamed polyurethane, or other foamed synthetic resin for storing vegetables, fruits, etc. In the container body, one side of a concave-convex fitting part 3 for maintaining airtightness is provided around the upper end of the side wall 2. In the illustrated embodiment, a protruding strip 3a is provided on the inner side of the upper end of the side wall 2. A lower part of the shoulder step 4 formed by the protrusion 3a on the upper inner surface of the side wall 2 and further spaced therefrom becomes one of the concave and convex portions 5 for engaging the lid.
For example, as shown in the figure, recesses 5a having a hemispherical cross section formed at intervals, or groove-like recesses (not shown) continuously formed are provided. Next, reference numeral 6 in the figure is a lid body made of a foamed synthetic resin body that is fitted onto the upper end of the side wall 2 of the container body 1 to seal it in a heat-insulating state, and the lid body 6 is also formed from a foamed synthetic resin body, and is attached to the lower surface of the outer circumferential surface of the lid body on the side wall 2 of the container body 1. The other grooved line 3b of the concave-convex type fitting part 3 for airtight maintenance is provided around the periphery to fit with the provided convex line 3a. here,
7 is a container body 1 provided below inside the concave strip 3b of the lid body 6
The engaging wall has an outer surface that comes into contact with the upper part of the inner surface 2a of the side wall, and a lower surface having a free end is located further below the lower surface on the outside of the grooved line 3b. The outer surface 7a of the engagement wall is provided with a convex portion 5b having, for example, a hemispherical cross section, which engages with one of the concave portions 5a of the concavo-convex portion 5 for engaging the lid on the container body 1 side. The convex portion 5b corresponds to the concave portion 5a on the side of the container body 1, and for example, a continuously formed ridge-like portion may be provided around the entire engagement wall 7, or this engagement The wall 7 itself is formed as an interrupted partial wall,
It is also possible to provide the convex portion 5b only in that portion. Incidentally, as a matter of course, these concave portions 5a and convex portions 5b

係を与えることができるようにしたものである。 Details of the concave-convex fitting portion 3 for airtight maintenance and the concave-convex portion 5 for lid closing engagement shown in FIG. 1 are illustrated in FIG. 2 and subsequent figures. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a container body, and one protrusion 3a of a concave-convex fitting portion 3 for maintaining airtightness is provided on the inside of the upper end of the side wall 2 of the container body 1.
A recessed line 3b that fits into the convex line 3a is provided around the lower surface of the outer periphery of the lid body 6, and an engaging wall 7 is provided inside the recessed line 3b, and the outer surface 7a of the engaging wall is provided with an engaging wall 7. The other convex portion 5b is provided to engage with one concave portion 5a of the concavo-convex portion 5 for lid engagement provided on the upper part of the inner surface of the side wall 2a. In the embodiment shown in FIG.
A case where the height b has a 1:1 relationship with respect to the thickness a is shown, and FIG. 3 shows a case where the height c has a 2:1 relationship with the thickness a. Among these, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 has a low height of one protrusion 3a of the concave-convex fitting part 3 provided on the side of the container body 1, so that it is possible to store various vegetables, fruits, etc. in the container body 1. Even when these are housed and stacked in a warehouse or the like, there is no buckling of this part, and as a result, it is possible to maintain an airtight state when the lid is closed. Also, a concave and convex portion 5 for engaging the closing lid.
is one protrusion 3 of the concave-convex fitting part 3 for maintaining airtightness.
A recess 5a is formed on the upper part of the inner surface 2a of the side wall located further below the shoulder step 4 created when the shoulder step 4 is provided, and a protrusion 5b is formed on the outer surface 7a of the engagement wall. In particular, since the recess 5a is provided in the thick side wall 2, the provision of the recess 5a does not cause a partial decrease in the strength of the side wall 2. Furthermore, by providing the convex portion 5b on the outer surface 7a of the engagement wall, since the thickness of this portion is increased, the engagement wall 7 is reinforced, eliminating damage to each part when the two are fitted together, and ensuring a strong fit. The mating relationship can be achieved by the synergistic effect of material elasticity and shape elasticity, and together with the maintenance of airtightness, a perfect engagement relationship between the two can be achieved. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the positions of one protruding strip 3a and the other concave strip 3b of the concave-convex fitting part 3 for airtight maintenance are reversed, and the embodiment shown in FIG. The cross-sectional shape has been changed to a triangle. Various cross-sectional shapes can be used in addition to the illustrated embodiment. In addition, in the case shown in Fig. 5, the groove 3
It is also possible to maintain airtightness more easily and reliably by making the opening width on the opening side of b narrower than the width on the base end side of the protruding strip 3a and fitting the two together. . In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a protrusion 5b or a protrusion-like protrusion (not shown) is provided on the outer surface 7a of the engagement wall, and the inner surface 2 of the side wall 2 of the container body 1 comes into contact with the protrusion 5b.
No recess 5a or groove-like recess is provided in the upper part of a,
Utilizing the material properties of the entire foamed synthetic resin body, when the lid body 6 is forcibly fitted to the container body 1, the convex portion 5 as shown by the dashed line in the figure
By pressing a into contact with the upper part of the inner surface 2a of the side wall,
This concavely deforms the object surface with which it abuts, resulting in a concave portion. Such a situation can be adopted as a substitute for the recessed portion 5b of each embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the center position of the convex portion 5b provided on the outer surface 7a of the engagement wall is slightly deviated vertically with respect to the recessed portion 5a provided on the upper inner surface of the side wall 2a.
When the lid 6 is closed on the container body 1, the convex portion 5b is force-fitted into the concave portion 5a, thereby providing a strong fitting relationship between the two by utilizing the elasticity of the material. In the final embodiment shown in FIG.
By forming an inclined surface with its lower end facing slightly outward, and by providing one side of the concave and convex portions 5, for example, a convex portion 5b, on the outer surface 7a, the material elasticity and shape elasticity of the engaging wall 7 are improved. Furthermore, the deformation elasticity of this inclined surface makes it possible to provide a strong fitting relationship between the lid body 6 and the container body 1.

損傷することが少なくなる。 By simply pressing the lid 6 against the container body 1 to close the lid, one and the other of the concave-convex fitting portions 3 for maintaining airtightness are fitted into each other, and the fitting between the two is completed. Due to the mating relationship, airtightness is maintained, and the concave and convex portions 5 for closing the lid engage with each other to provide an engaging relationship that makes it difficult for the two to separate. These uneven parts 5 are provided separately from the uneven fitting part 3 and are located below the lower surface of the uneven fitting part 3 for maintaining airtightness, and are provided separately from the uneven fitting part 3 to form an engaging wall. Since the lower surface of 7 can be deformed inward of the container, when the lid is closed, the convex portion 5b provided on the upper side wall inner surface 2a of the container body 1 and the outer surface 7a of the engaging wall will not be damaged, and the recessed portion will not be damaged. By providing 5b on the thick side wall 2, it is also possible to prevent a partial decrease in strength. In addition, when the convex part 5b is formed to have a hemispherical cross section, it is easy to manufacture a mold and mold it, and it is also easy to engage with the concave part 5a, so that the convex part 5b does not slide during repeated use. This will reduce the risk of damage.

In the container according to the present invention as described above, the concave-convex fitting part for maintaining airtightness and the concave-convex part for closing the lid are made independent, and the concave-convex part is further spaced from the lower surface below the concave-convex fitting part. The engaging wall of the lid body, which is provided below the opening and which also has one of the uneven parts, has a free end shape on the lower surface side, so when the lid is closed, this engaging wall has a synergistic effect of material elasticity and shape elasticity. Because it can be deformed inwardly by the effect, one of the uneven parts,
In particular, the convex portions are less likely to be damaged and can withstand repeated use. In addition, the size relationship of the concave and convex portions can be formed independently of the concave and convex type fitting parts, and the unique engagement force of these concave and convex type fitting parts is taken into account regardless of the thickness of the protrusions. Can be set. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a recess on the side surface of the protrusion, there is no possibility of a partial decrease in strength.
