I disliked the troublesome operation of pulling out the elevating plate from its retracted state. Furthermore, distribution centers, warehouses, etc. may have platforms that are at the same height as the floor of the truck body, and in this case, there is no need to use a lifting device; Depending on the structure, it may be difficult to bring the platform at the distribution center or warehouse side close to the floor surface of the truck body.

To provide a box-shaped vehicle body with a lifting device that enables cargo handling work to be carried out efficiently when the device is in use, and in which the existence of the lifting device does not become a hindrance when the device is not in use.

There is no need to store or pull out the lift plate, and by lowering the lift plate and landing it, cargo on the ground can be loaded immediately, or cargo on the lift plate can be lowered to the ground. . Since the height of the raised position of the elevating plate matches the height of the floor surface of the box-type vehicle body, when the elevating device is not used, the vehicle can be used just like a normal box-type vehicle body. In addition, side plates are integrated on both sides of the lift plate to prevent cargo from collapsing during cargo handling. For example, cargo stacked in multiple stages on a lift plate may protrude from the side edge of the lift plate and come into contact with the side wall of a box-shaped car body, causing the cargo to collapse, or may get caught on the side wall and interfere with the lifting and lowering movement of the lift plate. There is no risk of it happening.

Side plates 12 are integrated on both sides of the elevating plate 11, and a front edge plate 13 is pivotally attached to the tip edge of the elevating plate 11 via a hinge. When not in use, the front edge plate 13 is raised up as shown in Fig. 3 so as not to obstruct the closing of the rear door 2, and during cargo handling operations when the bottom surface of the elevating plate 11 touches the ground, it can be raised and lowered as shown in Fig. 1. The plate 11 is tilted toward the tip side so that the tip lands on the ground, making it easy to carry in a cart or the like. Note that the elevating plate 11 is a combination structure of a steel plate and a reinforcing square pipe fixed to the back surface of the steel plate. Square pipes 12A for attaching side plates are erected and fixed on both sides of the elevating plate 11.
The side plate 12 is fixed with bolts or the like, and the elevating plate 11 and the side plate 12 are integrated. Square pipe 12A

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 (enlarged illustration of circle P in FIG. 2), the locking portion 31 at the end of the locking rod 30, which is pivoted in the vertical direction on the outer surface of the door, is attached to the box-shaped vehicle body. This is done by engaging a locking metal fitting 32 fixed to the rear opening frame 3 of the main body 1 and the end face of the lifting plate 11 of the lifting device 10. At this time, a stopper piece 33 is attached to the lower end of the locking rod 30 by welding or the like. It is fixed, and at the same time as the rear door 2 is closed and locked, the stopper piece 33 is pressed against the lower surface of the elevating plate 11 to lock it so that the elevating plate 11 does not fall during traveling.

The runner 14 connected to the chain 23 descends, and the elevating plate 11 fixed to the runner 14 and the side plate 12 integrated therewith descend, and the lower surface of the elevating plate 11 lands on the ground. Then, the front edge plate 13 connected to the elevating plate 11 is tilted forward so that the tip of the front edge plate 13 lands on the ground. In this state, it is possible to efficiently carry cargo into and out of the elevating plate 11 using a truck on the ground side or the like.

In these figures, a bumper member 41 is pivotally attached to a reinforcing rib 40 on the back side of the elevating plate 11 with a pin 42.
When the lift board lands, it will automatically be stored on the back side of the lift board. In this case, when the elevating plate 11 is raised, that is, when the vehicle is running, the bumper member 41 hangs under its own weight under the elevating plate and functions as a bumper.
It should be noted that the tail lamp may be placed on the rear door side or the like, and the other configurations are the same as those of the previous embodiment.

It is vertically movable and has a structure in which the elevating plate and side plates are raised and lowered by cylinders installed on the box-shaped car body side, making it possible to carry out cargo handling operations efficiently when the elevating device is used, and further when the elevating device is not in use. In this case, the presence of the lifting device can be avoided. Further, when the lifting device starts to be used, there is no need for work such as pulling up and down the lifting plate, which was necessary with the conventional device, and there is an advantage that cargo handling work can be started immediately. Furthermore, side plates are integrated on both sides of the lift plate to prevent cargo from collapsing during cargo handling operations. For example, if there is no side plate, cargo stacked in multiple stages on the elevating plate may protrude from the side edge of the elevating plate and come into contact with the side wall of the box-shaped car body when the elevating plate is raised or lowered, causing the cargo to collapse, or the cargo may get caught on the side wall. Although there is a risk of interfering with the elevating and lowering operation of the elevating plate, such a risk can be avoided.
