憶する記憶装置と、該記憶装置に記憶された両プログラ
ムのうちの所望のプログラムを選択する選択装置と、該
選択装置で選択されたプログラムに従って基板を所定方
向へ搬送するように前記駆動源を制御する制御装置とを
設けたことを特徴とする基板搬送装置。1.
