and FIG. That is, this push switch is operated by the leaf springs 30, 3 inside the housing 36.
1, when the movable terminal 32 is moved and switched, the switching point differs in the reciprocation of the shaft 33 depending on the position of the movable terminal 32, so that the on-off switching point is shifted. In the OFF state, as shown in FIG. 1, the movable terminal 32 is pushed downward by the leaf springs 30 and 31 located on both sides of the movable terminal 32, and the movable contacts 34a and 34b provided on the movable terminal 32 are pressed downward. Fixed contacts 35a, 3 provided on terminals 37, 38
5b is far away. At this time, when the shaft 33 is pushed, the leaf springs 30, 31 on both sides are bent, and the movable terminal 32 is lifted upward by the reaction of the leaf springs 30, 31, and the contacts 34a, 34b, 35 as shown in FIG.
a and 35b are turned on. Axis 33 when turned off
Due to this movement, the leaf springs 30 and 31 open and push the movable terminal 32 downward. At this time, the position of the movable terminal 32 is different from when it changes from on to off, and this position difference appears as a shift in the on-off switching point. Note that the shaft 33 is always urged in a direction to project outward by a return spring (not shown).

せることができる。 In contrast, a first improved example of a push switch that does not cause variations in switching position deviation and does not generate noise during switching is shown in FIGS. 3 to 7. That is, in the figure, 1 indicates a shaft, and 2 indicates a housing, on which are fixed a terminal 3 and a pair of fixed contact pieces 3a for connection with the outside.
In addition, a base plate 6, which serves as the top of the housing 2 for holding the shaft 1, is fixed, and the shaft 1 is slidably inserted into the base plate 6 by an external force F, and is held by a return spring 5. It is automatically restored. The shaft 1 has a groove 1a into which the movable contact piece 4 is loosely fitted, and is formed at an angle that intersects the sliding direction. The movable contact piece 4 has a spring property and is made of a conductive material. Due to its elasticity, it comes into elastic contact with the inner surface of the housing 2 to generate friction, and is held by the friction corresponding to the gap width 1 provided between the shaft 1 and the groove 1a. While FIGS. 3 and 4 show the off state, FIG. 5 shows the on state, that is, the state in which the shaft 1 has been moved by an external force. When an external force is applied to the shaft 1, only the shaft 1 moves by the gap width 1 of the groove 1a, and then the movable contact piece 4 moves following the shaft 1, and the fixed contact piece 3a on the inner surface of the housing 2 moves. It turns on when it comes in contact with. The amount of protrusion of the shaft 1 at this time is L1 . 6 shows the maximum movement of the shaft 1, and FIG. 7 shows the moment when the external force applied to the shaft 1 is gradually removed and the movable contact piece 4 separates from the fixed contact piece 3a. In this way, when the external force is gradually removed from the maximum movement of the shaft 1, only the shaft 1 moves in the return direction by the gap width l of the groove 1a, and after that, the movable contact piece 4 moves following the shaft 1. The contact will turn off. The amount of protrusion of shaft 1 at this time is L2 . As a result, the amount of protrusion of shaft 1 when turned on is L 1
A difference occurs between the amount of protrusion L2 of the shaft 1 when it is turned off, and the difference l between L1 and L2 becomes the deviation between the contact on and off due to the reciprocation of the shaft 1. Therefore, by reciprocating the shaft 1, it is possible to generate a shift in the on/off state of the contact.

In addition to providing movable contact pieces 4, 4' on a and 1a',
A pair of fixed contact pieces 3a, 3a' and terminals 3, 3' connected to the fixed contact pieces 3a, 3a' are provided in the housing 2', corresponding to each movable contact piece 4, 4'. This push switch has two independent circuits,
Position and width of grooves 1a, 1a' and contact pieces 4, 4',
They can be set individually depending on the positional relationship between 3a and 3a', and different hysteresis can be created as shown in FIG.

Also, since the deflection of the leaf spring is not used, no inconvenient noise is generated.

After the shaft has moved a predetermined amount relative to the sliding body, the sliding body is moved on the opposite side of the groove, thereby causing a shift between the on position and the off position of the shaft. In this case, since the sliding body slides on the guide groove in the housing, the friction required to create hysteresis can be stably obtained. In addition, since the movable contact piece is fixed to the sliding body and the sliding body is fitted into the groove of the shaft and installed in the container housing, it is a simple operation, which improves productivity. Furthermore, since the return spring is located inside the device case, when the switch is installed in the device, there is a possibility that the axis may become unable to operate or become difficult to operate due to external factors such as a foreign object getting caught in the return spring. Malfunctions can be prevented.

That is, this push switch is provided with a pair of grooves 1b and 1b' on both sides of the shaft 1" along a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the shaft 1", and a pair of grooves 1b and 1b' are provided on both sides of the shaft 1", and grooves are provided in the sliding direction of the shaft 1" inside the housing 2". A guide groove 7 is provided, and sliding bodies 8 and 8a that are loosely fitted into the grooves 1b and 1b' and movable within the guide groove 7 are provided. And movable contact pieces 4a, 4 that come into contact with and separate from fixed contact pieces 3a, 3a'
a' is fixed to the sliding bodies 8, 8a, and when the shaft 1'' is pushed, the sliding bodies 8, 8 are fixed on one side of the grooves 1b, 1b'.
a, and when the shaft 1'' returns, the grooves 1b and 1
By moving the sliding bodies 8, 8a on opposite sides of b', the movable contact pieces 4a, 4a' are moved to the fixed contact piece 3.
a, 3a'. In addition, movable contact piece 4a,
The configurations of the terminals 3, 3' connected to the fixed contact pieces 3a, 3a' with which 4a' comes into contact, the return spring 5, etc. are the same as those of the improvement example described above, and therefore their explanation will be omitted. This push switch connects the contact pieces 4a, 4' to the sliding body 8,
8a, and as the shaft 1'' moves, the sliding bodies 8, 8
By moving a in the groove of the casing 2'',
Stable friction is obtained to provide hysteresis. That is, when the shaft 1'' is pushed against the return spring 5, the shaft 1'' moves by a predetermined amount relative to the sliders 8, 8a, and then the sliders 8, 8a are moved on one side of the grooves 1b, 1b'. When the shaft 1'' is released, the return spring 5 moves the shaft 1'' by a predetermined amount relative to the sliders 8, 8a, and then the sliders 8, 8a are moved on the opposite sides of the grooves 1b, 1b', thereby A deviation occurs between the on position and the off position of 1". In this case, the sliding bodies 8, 8a slide against the guide groove 7 in the housing 2", so that the friction for producing hysteresis can be stably obtained. Furthermore, movable contact pieces 4a, 4a' are fixed to the sliding bodies 8, 8a, and the sliding bodies 8, 8a are connected to the grooves 1b, 1'' of the shaft 1''.
Since it is a simple task to install it inside the housing 2'' while fitting it into the housing 2'', productivity can be improved.
Furthermore, since the return spring 5 is disposed inside the housing 2'', when the switch is installed in the device, the axis 1'' may not be able to operate due to external factors such as a foreign object getting caught in the return spring 5. This can prevent malfunctions such as sluggishness.

In addition, a movable contact piece is fixed to the sliding body,
Productivity can be improved since the sliding body can be simply mounted in the housing by fitting it into the groove of the shaft. Furthermore, since the return spring is located inside the housing, when the switch is installed in a device, there is a possibility that the axis may not be able to operate or become difficult to operate due to external factors such as a foreign object getting caught in the return spring. This has the effect of preventing defects.
