【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案はマルチロツクスイツチに関するもの
で、代表的な利用分野としては、オートバイ用で
あつてシートロツクとヘルメツトロツクとを一つ
のスイツチ本体に隣接して設け、メインスイツチ
のローターの左右回転によりカムを介して上記両
ロツクを個々に解錠できるようにしたものであ

従来、オートバイにおいては、シートロツクと
ヘルメツトロツクは別々の位置に設けられてお
り、本考案の如くメインスイツチと一体的にシー
トロツクとヘルメツトロツクを備え、メインスイ
ツチのキー操作により両ロツクを個々に解錠する
形態のものはなかつた。従つて、各ロツクが別部
品であることによる部品点数の増加分や、操作位
置の分離による操作時の不便さ等種々の問題点が

本考案は、メインスイツチ1のローター2の下
部にカム5を設けこのカムの一側部に、バネ12
にて付勢したシートロツク用のロツク板10を設
けると共に、該ロツク板の一部を前記カムと対応
させ、該カムの他側部にも巻きバネ22にて付勢
したヘルメツトロツク用のロツクレバー20を設
けると共に該ロツクレバーの一部を前記カムと対
応させ、キーによるメインスイツチ1のOFFか
ら左回転によりカムを介してシートロツク用の係
止片15を解錠し、一方、メインスイツチのON
から右回転によりヘルメツトロツク25を解錠す

以下本考案の一実施を第1図を中心に説明す

図中1はメインスイツチで、ローター2の先端
には2本のピン3,4を備えたカム5が接続固定
され、このカムの先端部によりスイツチ6の作動
を行うようになつている。カムに設けた2本のピ
ン3,4は第3図の如く約100°の位置に設けられ
ており、この両ピンに対応させて後記するシート
ロツク用とヘルメツトロツク用の2種のロツク板
10およびロツクレバー20が設けられている。
10は前記カムの上方に水平移動可能に設けられ
たシートロツク用のロツク板で、その下面には突
起11が前記カムのピンの回転軌道に突出するよ
うに設けられ、該ロツク板10の後部には圧縮コ
イルバネ12が介在されており、その先端部13
を常時前方に付勢している。そしてこのロツク板
の先端部には、上部に位置するシート14の係止
片15が直交的に下降して自動的にロツクされる
ようになつている。16は、係止片の先端部に配
置されている押上げバネである。20は、前記カ
ムの下方に軸21を支点として上下が左右に回動
可能に設けられた略く字状のヘルメツトロツク用
のロツクレバーで、巻きバネ22により常時時計
方向に回転するように付勢されており、その上端
部23は前記カムのピンの回転軌道に突出するよ
うに設けられ、該ロツクレバーの下端部24に
は、一端が回転可能に軸支された門型のヘルメツ
トロツク25の係止端部26が直交的に臨んで自
動的にロツクされるようになつている。27は、
係止端部の下方に配置されている押上げ用の板バ
ネである。なお、上記カムにおいてはピン3,4
を有するものについて説明したが、ピン以外でも
同様の機能を果すカムであれば、他の形態のもの

し、ピン3にて突起11を押圧してシートロツク
用のロツク板10を後方(左方)へ移動させ、そ
の先端部13と係合している係止片15との係合
が押上げバネ16の作用により自動的に解かれ
る。そしてキーの回転力を解くと圧縮コイルバネ
12の作用により、ロツク板10はキーと共に1
のOFF位置まで復帰する。キーを1のOFF位置
から3のON位置まで回動するとメインスイツチ
6が作動するが、この状態では、第5図の如くカ
ム5はいずれのロツクにも作動しない。キーを3
のON位置からさらに右の4位置まで回転させる
と、カム5は第5図の状態から第6図の状態に回
転し、ピン4にてロツクレバー20の上端部23
を左方へ押圧するのでその下端部24は軸21を
支点として右方へ逃げ、押上げ用の板バネ27の
作用により第1図の二点鎖線にて示す如くヘルメ
ツトロツク25の係止端部26との係合が解かれ
る。そしてキーの回転力を解くと巻きバネ22の
作用により、ロツクレバー20はキーと共に3の

より、メインスイツチとシートロツクおよびヘル
メツトロツクをこの一点に集中させることが可能
となり使い勝手の良いものである。また、メイン
スイツチのON操作の延長上にヘルメツトロツク
の解除機構を設けたことは、始動走行に際してヘ
ルメツトをロツクから外して装着し、走行するの
