る。"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" The conventional cultivation boxes detailed above are suitable for simply installing several boxes in a row for gardening purposes, but are not suitable for installing a large number of boxes in a row. In other words, the pipes for irrigation or liquid fertilizer are not structured to be stably supported. In addition, there are few through holes for drainage and drainage, and these are stored on the inner bottom surface of the cultivation box, causing problems such as root rot and problems with salt concentration.

その改良が望まれているところである。 In addition, since the inner walls of conventional cultivation boxes are, in principle, flat, when stacking cultivation boxes for gas sterilization, steam sterilization, etc., there is enough gas to reach the inside of the cultivation boxes, such as the inner bottom surface. There are problems such as the inability to sufficiently sterilize or kill insects because steam does not penetrate.
Improvements are desired.

Problems such as rot and salt concentration problems occur, and the concentration of fertilizer in the cultivated soil becomes too high, which adversely affects cultivated crops.

It is possible to arrange them both horizontally and continuously in the width direction, and the structure allows for selection as appropriate depending on the shape of the greenhouse, its conditions, cultivation conditions, types of cultivated plants, etc. There is.

ものである。 In addition, we have cut grooves of a certain size on the inner wall surface of the cultivation box from the top of the opening to the inner bottom surface for the entry of disinfectant gas and disinfectant steam, so that the cultivation boxes can be disinfected in a stacked state. This also contributes to preventing the gas and steam from sufficiently penetrating into the interior of the cultivation box, preventing sufficient sterilization or killing of insects, and preventing continuous cropping failure.

It is something that is discharged.

First, it has been disinfected (as a general rule, new products are not necessary).
A water-permeable material such as sand and gravel is filled in the flat parts other than the ridges on the inner bottom of the numerous cultivation boxes, and then blended cultivation soil is poured over almost the entire cultivation box and reaches the top of the opening. A filling operation is performed to create a large number of cultivation boxes filled with cultivation soil.
In addition, if you use rock wool in some cases,
The cultivation box is filled with rock wool by laying it along the ridges of the cultivation box and keeping the spaces between the ridges hollow, thereby producing a large number of cultivation boxes filled with rock wool. A cultivation box filled with cultivation soil will be described in detail below as a representative example.

可能であり、適宜選択できる構造となつている。 In this case, the recesses for pipe insertion are provided on the upper surface of each opposing wall of the cultivation box in a corresponding relationship, so when installing this cultivation box for raising seedlings in the greenhouse, it is necessary to Corresponding recesses are installed so as to be continuous in the direction of the ridge of the greenhouse, and a large number of cultivation boxes for raising seedlings form a continuous isolation bed, but in this case, on the top of the opposing wall, Since there are corresponding recesses, it is possible to arrange the cultivation boxes continuously in the narrow direction, and also to adjust the width according to the shape of the greenhouse, its conditions, cultivation conditions, types of cultivated plants, etc. It is possible to arrange them continuously in any direction, and the structure can be selected as appropriate.

Two rows of ridges. In the longitudinal direction of each connected cultivation box for raising seedlings, each recess provided on the upper surface of each wall has one or two pipes for irrigation or liquid fertilizer (vinyl pipes may also be used). A continuous isolation bed for planting is constructed here by providing a nozzle (which may be a through hole, the same applies hereinafter) and arranging it so as to open in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the pipe. In this case, the buds of the cultivated plants being raised are placed on both sides of the pipe.

い。 In the continuous isolated bed for planting constructed as described above, liquid fertilizer or tap water stored in the tank is pumped up, taking into account the passage of time and the dryness of the cultivation soil, etc. The pipe is supplied by spreading or spraying it onto the top surface of the cultivation soil from the nozzle of the pipe, but in this case, the pipe is inserted into a recess provided on the top surface of the wall of the cultivation box, It is effectively supplied to the soil, and since blooming flowers and buds are not exposed to water or liquid fertilizer, discoloration and deterioration of flowers and buds can be prevented and plants with beautiful flowers, buds, and leaves can be harvested. , what we can offer. In addition, excess water and liquid fertilizer will flow out onto the shielding member through the protrusions and several through holes provided on the inner bottom of the cultivation box, and then permeate into the ground. Or, it has a structure that does not allow liquid fertilizer to be stored in the cultivation soil. Then,
Problems such as root rot and salt concentration disorders are eliminated, the fertilizer concentration in the cultivated soil does not increase, and the cultivated plants, cultivated crops, etc. are not adversely affected.

When the cultivation boxes are arranged in a row, a wide isolation bed for planting is formed with a series of ridges, which is approximately twice the width of the two rows of ridges described above. In this case, as before,
The recesses provided on the upper surface of each wall in the width direction of each cultivation box for raising seedlings are installed so as to be continuous in a straight line. Two to three pipes are installed in each concave part provided on the upper surface of each wall in the wide direction of the connected cultivation box for raising seedlings, and the nozzles are connected in the same direction as the diameter of the pipes. It is constructed so that even women and people with limited strength can easily carry it. The dimensions are 65 to 85 cm in length, 20 to 30 cm in width, and 12 to 17 cm in depth (inner depth is 10 to 15 cm), which is convenient for handling and storage as described above. , these dimensions and materials are ideal, and of course are not limited to this example.

Even when the cultivation boxes 1 are sterilized by gas or steam in a stacked state, the size is such that the disinfecting gas and disinfecting steam can sufficiently penetrate. In this example, the dimensions of the cultivation boxes 1 are the isosceles of the right triangle. Since the length of each side of the cultivation box 1 is approximately 1 to 0.8 cm, the gas and steam can penetrate evenly and sufficiently into the inner bottom surface 1b of the cultivation box 1, and sterilize it sufficiently. It also contributes to the ability to kill insects and prevent continuous cropping problems.

The effect of this through hole 10 is mainly when it cooperates with a protrusion described later, but it can be considered as follows. That is,
Since several through holes 10 are provided in the inner bottom surface 1b of the cultivation box 1, there is no accumulation of excess water or liquid fertilizer, which prevents the occurrence of the aforementioned root rot, salt concentration disturbance, etc.
It is possible to prevent various harmful effects such as excessively high fertilizer concentration in cultivated soil and adversely affecting cultivated crops.
