Description
本考案は、建物の床下に二重鞘管構造として敷

た流体供給管に水栓やガス栓、蛇口、熱交換器等
の付属器具を接続できるようにした二重配管の床
上接続部に関する。

に挿通した流体供給管6との接続は仕切り部2内
での隠蔽接続となる。

がつた該支持管に上記鞘管から管継手を通して流
体供給管が挿通され、支持管から引き出された流
体供給管の接続口部を接続金具の下側口部に接続
して、この接続金具を支持管の口端部に螺着した
固定ナツトによつて該支持管に固定して構成した
二重配管の床上接続部により達成される。

第1図及び第2図において、床面fに臨んで湾
曲した管継手(エルボ管)11の上端口部12が
開口し、管継手11の下端口部13には床下に敷
設された鞘管14の先端口部15が接続されてい
る。管継手11の上端口部12にはクロムメツキ
管のような化粧管である支持管16が床面fから
垂直に立ち上がつた状態で接続され、その接続は
管継手11側に設けた雌ネジ12aと支持管16
側に設けた雄ネジ16aとの螺合により果されて
いる。なお、管継手11と鞘管14とは接続環1
7を用いて接続され、また、管継手11は支持金
具18を用いて床下の構造物に固定されており、
18aがその固定用ビス穴である。
支持管16内には鞘管14から管継手11を通
して流体供給管19が挿通されており、流体供給
管19の接続口部19aは接続金具21の下側口
部22と接続し、この接続金具21の上側口部2
3に蛇口等の付属器具20が接続される。接続金
具21の中央部分には鍔部24を設けてある。
接続金具21には固定ナツト25を遊嵌し、こ
の固定ナツト25を支持管16の口端部側に設け
た雄ネジ16bと螺合して、鍔部24を介して固
定ナツト25の内向き縁部25aにより接続金具
21を締め付け、接続金具21を支持管16と結
合し、流体供給管19を接続金具21とともに支
持管16上に支持する。
流体供給管19と接続金具21との接続を更に
詳細に説明すると、流体供給管19の接続口部1
9aはインナーコア26と締め付けリング27に
よつて強く挾着されており、この挾着部分に袋ナ
ツト28を嵌合し、袋ナツト28を接続金具21
の下側口部22の外周に設けた雄ネジ22aと螺
合して締め付けると、流体供給管19の接続口部
19aはインナーコア26と締め付けリング27
を介して接続金具21の下側口部22内に締め付
けられ、流体供給管19と接続金具21は密に接
続することになる。この接続状態で袋ナツト28
を支持管16の口端部に当接し、前述したように
固定ナツト25によつて接続金具21を締め付け
ると、支持管16と接続金具21は強固に結合す
る。
なお、流体供給管19はポリエチレン等のプラ
スチツク管が用いられ、また、接続金具21の下
側口部22内には奥部側に肩部22bを設けてあ
り、この肩部22b及び支持管16の口端部と袋
ナツト28との接合部にはシール用のパツキン
(図示せず)を装着する。

着する心配もなく、美観に優れた床上接続部を提
供できる。加えて、現場での断熱工事が不要であ
り、保守・保全作業も容易である点と相挨つて、
その実用的価値は極めて多大である。

によつて該支持管に固定して成ることを特徴と
する二重配管の床上接続部。 (2) 流体供給管の接続口部はインナーコアと締め
付けリングによつて挾着され、この挾着部分を
接続金具の下側口部内に嵌入して、該下側口部
に螺着した袋ナツトによつて上記接続口部を接
続金具と接続して成ることを特徴とする前記実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の二重配管の
